I am going all out today but that's only because I am hungry. I have flank steak marinating left over pico (pureed in a blender), oil, worchestureshire (sp) and salt, pepper and cumin. In an hour, I am going to fire up my GMG and I am going to char up some peppers, onions, tomatoes, lime and garlic. I blend all together when finished and combine with a few seasonings and let sit til later. Then I'll grill up the flank steak later and serve all together as street tacos.

Daaaang! I’ll have to try that, possibly today since I happen to have romaine and arugula on hand. How high of heat and how long on the romaine? Do you flip it at any point?
I do it on high and get the grill marks and then flip it. It doesn't take long and the oil keeps it from sticking. It wilts a little but the flavor is excellent and I've experimented using flavored EVOO, Garlic, Blood Orange and did some with Jalapeno for a taco salad that lit up my mouth.

I am doing slaw for some ribs later on tonight and grilling the cabbage before preparing it for the slaw. Hell, I am a grillin' fool. Fruits, veggies, you name it. Making a grilled peach, red onion, limes and serrano salsa for tomorrow night's game in Mexico. All of that hits the grill and I made some Margs with grilled limes and oranges yesterday that were outrageous. And hot grilled fruit on Vanilla Bean Ice Cream will make you cry when you've finished it. Did some peaches with Grand Marnier and I had a mouthgasm.

Got some ribeye left over I made on the grill yesterday. Chopping that up and making steak and cheese omelets, home fries, my girl friend is making her sausage gravy (which is a meal in its self) and biscuits.....
