I imagine all of us dance like this while cooking
Two delicious hot dogs with the works from circle k added a side of Doritos and mountain dew for desert I am going all in and purchasing two mini bottles if Evan Williams.
I am going all out today but that's only because I am hungry. I have flank steak marinating left over pico (pureed in a blender), oil, worchestureshire (sp) and salt, pepper and cumin. In an hour, I am going to fire up my GMG and I am going to char up some peppers, onions, tomatoes, lime and garlic. I blend all together when finished and combine with a few seasonings and let sit til later. Then I'll grill up the flank steak later and serve all together as street tacos.
I do it on high and get the grill marks and then flip it. It doesn't take long and the oil keeps it from sticking. It wilts a little but the flavor is excellent and I've experimented using flavored EVOO, Garlic, Blood Orange and did some with Jalapeno for a taco salad that lit up my mouth.Daaaang! I’ll have to try that, possibly today since I happen to have romaine and arugula on hand. How high of heat and how long on the romaine? Do you flip it at any point?
What I do is make pico as normal and then have fresh onion and cilantro on the side and use as a topping for an extra "fresh" kick. I love ex onion and cilantro too.i love some pico i have to make mines heavy on the onions and cilantro though
