We’re not the most talented team in the league, but we’re right up there. And I’m not expecting to beat NE down—especially in NE, but I am expecting a hell of a game if we can take care of the football.
Brady is showing his age finally this year. Dallas pass rush will cause him trouble.

I expect Cowboys to win to be honest.

@Runwildboys is going to slay you. Surrender your sword and walk away.

Answer a question for me if you would. In this venue why did you use @Runwildboys instead of just using Runwildboys. I just don't get why in no matter what form of media people refer to people by putting the @ in front of their names. I get emails from friends and in the emails they put the @ in front of mutual friends names and I just don't get that. I just don't get why using just their name isn't enough.

When you add the ampersand in front of the person's name, they get an alert that you mentioned them, as @Rockport just demonstrated.

Thanks. Even old farts can learn something. Tell me why do you think friends put them in my emails then?
.
You mean in personal conversations here on this site? If they're messaging you directly, I have no idea why they'd put the ampersand in front of your name, but if they're putting it in front of someone else's name, they may be inviting that person to read or join the conversation. That's just a guess, I honestly don't know for certain.

Maybe it's a secret subliminal message for assimilating and brainwashing the victi....er recipient.

No I was referring to my personal email account. I'll bet I get at least 3 or4 emails a week from different friends that put the ampersand in front of other friend names when they refer to them.

Oh, I don't know. I've never seen that anywhere but here. Then again, I don't use email with friends, and don't use any social media at all.

We have that in common. I don't tweet and I do have a facebook account only because there's a mechanic that I use that only communicates via facebook. Even if someone gets his number he won't answer unless you work for him or a close personal friend. To me that's also strange but he does good work and he's very reasonable.

There is only on£ pound sign.

The money pound sign has been around longer than the weight pound sign but in this country the weight pound sign was first used in the early 1800's. It looked a little different because it was hand written most times but it did morph into the # used today.
