I don’t think he failed at all. SB win 3 NFC championship games a really good record in the playoffs. He just ran his course. There’s no way he”failed”. Look up his playoff record.

Im talking about at the end of his tenure there. His system got stale and he was much less effective. He is thought of now as a coach that wont make the adjustments to keep his system updated
