Wow. Chill moment. I wonder if it reached some of the dense, money hungry players and coaches in that locker room?!

I’m so pleasantly shocked by Bennett’s presence. I thought he seemed disinterested when he first got here. But boy, was I wrong

Jaylon was doing his hair in the bathroom when this speech went down.

Dez was ostracized here because he spoke up and had this passion. He would roam the sidelines trying to motivate these slugs just to have guys treat him like he was the one with the problem.

Cowboys players are rich celebrities. They get the best seats in restaurants, they get autograph and selfie mobs. They are discussed on every sports talk show. They come to work in a state of the art Taj Mahal of sports. They lose some of that raw fight due to this. The nastiness needed to fight through the adversity needed to win at this level.

we need a strong leader at the top that brings this back and brings perspective back into these guys lives.

amazing how many guys here wanted no part of Bennett when we traded for him. Now they love him.

I would call him a hypocrite and spit in his face. He’s a known liar and talks out of both sides of his loud mouth. There’s a good reason he’s been on so many teams. The juice ain’t worth the squeeze.

People here always talk about why NE is so successful and how BB gets rid of allegedly great players and continues to succeed yet he dumps off one of his “good” players to us and all of the sudden we got a great deal

Bellichick is smarter than all of us, do you think he would have given away Bennett if he was worth it? No. Bennett is trash and is known for dividing locker rooms amongst other things but continue to support the chump and think of how BB gave us such a “great” deal for nothing because he didn’t.
All let negative energy gon' make you constipated.

We’re paying more than that, but read what I replied to. He was talking about how this is the first sign that contracts, or potential contracts, may be dividing the locker room (Dak, Amari, etc)
Yeah that’s what I’m saying how is it dividing the locker room? Cooper and Dak are the ones upset?

Kinda hard to tell, but if contracts are being brought up in air-it-out speeches, there is definitely something going on. Or maybe he’s speaking to Zeke and Jaylon for not playing as well after getting paid? Not sure, but I hope the messages resonated with the intended ears

Wonder if DLaw, Jaylon and the "Hot Boyz" were so moved to present him with:

1) a new branded platinum bling chain signifying full membership

2) a Louis Vitton keep-all for road games

3) a pre-tailored D&G ultra-rare multi-floral suit (with a 5K Uber Black GC nestled in the lapel) for the flight and subsequent sojourn to Soldier Field

4) a cask of Remy Martin Louis the 13th to sip and savor on the flight home because his Thanksgiving Day Locker Room rant truly changed the culture of our team.

I could say Jaylon being apart or that but I don’t even think his contract kicks in yet. Who knows. To me the offensive line needs to be better and they all are paid.

He knows he's got one month left here....we may see a Bennett go nuclear here before it's over after all. Everyone thought it was gonna be Marty...who knew it would be Mike?
He can’t hold his breath anymore...I figured he was stewing watching some stuff with this bozo show going on. You have to,if you’re from “how it’s done right” seeing this 3 ring circus.

Nice speech but the reality is champions don’t need speeches their maniacal self motivation, focus and discipline gets them to the promise land.

Cowboys aren’t champions.

Bennett can make speeches all day , they can record them and pump them through speakers at practice. When they go to sleep at night they can hear it on headsets as subliminal messages . None of it will matter if Garett is blowing 35-40 seconds of game time and ending up with 2 time outs with 8 seconds left . Jerry is too weak to admit he was wrong and simply get rid of Garett . Speeches aren’t fixing the issues the cowboys have .

I can't post the source tweet but this is greatness. Make Bennett Coach.
:clap::clap::clap:

In fiery locker-room speech, Cowboys DL Michael Bennett challenged teammates to raise bar.
"The enemy against greatness is the unwillingness to change. We’ve got to be able to change some of the things that we’ve been doing to demand more from ourselves."

Can someone relay this to Jerry?

Thanks for trying Bennett, but this laying down by the Cowboys is years in the making... can't stop the process.
