He did have a comment where he added “I can say that now that I’m no longer in the building” but even with that I don’t think he said anything particularly incendiary. There is a sort of “unchained” vibe to him now that I’ve noticed though.

so tired and sick of cowboy leadership panzy butt ways.....get some fire in there so players more scared of coach than failure....patriots dont make constant bone headed mistakes like we do...cause they be fearful of Beliceck
That’s your recap? I was driving and not really trying to take notes, but I’m fairly sure that’s not what he said :p
Re: Garrett and Maher, he didn’t strongly comment either way but he understood the idea of keeping both at this point. Let Garrett finish this out, and as far as kicker goes he said there’s “nothing out there”.
They asked Broaddus if there should be any limits on the coaching search and he agreed with them that there shouldn’t be, that you reach out to find any coach you’re interested in’s situation, even the guy in New England.
He described the Cowboys as “awful” in the Campo years (when he was there). Talked about Jerry and the Parcells hire, citing the well known “build a stadium” effect Jerry was trying to achieve.
He seemed to pass on really blasting the coaching overall, probably felt he said enough last night. Also said Cowboys just flat out got beat yesterday, no smoking gun pointed at any one player or coach.
That all I got...

Yeah, I’d love to read a recap too. I’ll settle for. Cliff’s Notes.

Well..my half-*** recap:

Bryan stated:
- Bills just plain whooped our butts.
- Kicker is not the biggest issue at all. Not being able to protect kicks/punts are. No kickers left on the market anyway. "It's like a left-over turkey carcass that's been picked-through. Just skin and bones."
- Says that changing coaches now would just cause more issues. If Richard jumps into the HC seat and the players perform a little better and get excited about Richard, it will make it an issue of getting players onboard for another Coach in the off season.
- Says that the Cowboys are planning on letting Garrett go down with the ship/it won't end well and that he (Bryan) can finally say this because he no longer works for the Organization.
- Jerry will stop at nothing to get the best Coach he can. No reason to believe he won't start at the "top" of the list and work his way down.
- The rest of the coaching staff will be evaluated and only be kept if the new coach has a need (College coach that doesn't have all of the pro coaching connections, etc). Also, the new coach will likely be interviewed and asked what kind of "system" he wants to put in place. Cowboys might have to make changes to player personnel based on which Coach they go with (I read that as maybe a change in philosophy in regards to types of players or schemes that our current coaches seem to avoid).

That's about it. It was only a 15 minute segment. It was more or less just speculation. He really didn't attack the players or coaches that much and I think he's over it.

Did he speculate on who he thought Dallas sees as, “Top Coaches?”

Not really. Just said they either should (or would?) cast a large net and drag in the best Coach. No more retreads or "in-house hires". Jerry might be at a point where he sees the end and will have to finally subjugate his ego if he truly values another SB win. "They wasted 10 years" with Garrett.
