Heck, I could vote a hell NO " if I knew for sure we'd win the freaking Superbowl
that would change everything
Thats why I voted no. I want him gone as much as anyone, but there is still a slight chance that we make the play offs. I don't have any more confidence in any of the assistants than I do in Garrett. They all need to be gone.

I want him fired ASAP but do not want to see someone from the staff to turn things around potentially setting us up for another Garrett like scenario. Fire him a let Marinelli finish the season because there is zero chance he ever becomes the permanent coach even if we do better. Besides, we need to lose to get a better draft pick.

Garrett isnt a bad coach

First, "isn't bad" is hardly the standard for the Dallas Cowboys.

Second, he is a bad coach. He offers nothing. He doesn't give the team any schematic or tactical advantage. His game-management is poor. His record against winning teams (not just this year's 0-5) is bad, his record in elimination games is even worse.

I think I blame this year on the players, not him.. They give up too easily. Against Buffalo I saw gutless players. I saw a coach go for it on 4th.. He wanted to win. Garrett is trying. I dont agree with people who say he is gutless. He needs a team who plays 60 minutes! Not 1 Q!

Wow, this has to be Jason's mother...

Don't forget he didn't go for it on 4th the prior week and got roasted, so the going for it on 4th against Buffalo was decided before the game... that wasn't because "he wanted to win"...

Yesterday l wanted Jerry to fire him at half time. Today l realize there are only 4 games left so just let him finish the season and go on his way. If an interim coach shows improvement, we all know what Jerry will do. Nothing will change.

Who Jerry hires will tell all of us how serious Jerry is about wanting to win. If he hires from within, we're screwed and l will not go out of my way to watch any more games. Not that Jerry cares, but l don't need Cowboys football any more than Jerry needs me...

I believe this is the most support we've ever had for firing Garrett. This Bills game was definitely the final straw for me.

647 out of 657 votes want him fired (making SB aint happening so that is same as firing after the season).

My UT education tells me that is just under 99% wanting Clappy on the first plane out of Big D.

Yes, I do think that is a record for this board.

It would be dumb to fire him now, there's no viable backup coach who can fill the position now.
