I understand it perfectly. Something isnt right with this team if everyone simultaneously regresses within a season with the exception of like 3 players. Our coaching absolutely blows, but tell name one player that has looked great these last 2 weeks. Poor tackling, bad passes, 1st in drops, isn’t all on coaching.

That’s what happens when the players give up on the coaches.

I genuinely can’t think of anyone that’s played great these past two weeks. You can blame it on them giving up on Garrett, but how many tackles did our players miss last night? How many passes did our #1 in drops receiving core drop last night? How many bad passes did Dak have last night? How much pressure did our O-line allow last night? Genuine questions. You think all of this can be saved with a new HC/coaching staff?

Yes i do. Tackling, bad penalties are all a result of not being prepared and horrible coaching. Also when you give up on a coach thats what a team looks like. No heart. A new coach can fix that in weeks not years. Garrett himself righted the ship of the Wade era in weeks. Garrett. You think Meyer couldnt? You want to get rid of the whole team. Reactionary much? The talent on this team is fine. They are even saying it. "cant put our finger on it" is saying HELP US!

Urban Meyer’s dominance in the college game has largely been predicated on two things:

First, his ability to recruit. He signed top 5-10 classes every year at OSU and UF, and signed two of the best classes ever at UTAH when they were still a mid major.

Second, his unique variation of the run-based spread offense which combines a lot of zone read, veer, power and speed option concepts.

You can’t out recruit the opposition in the NFL, and his offense has never been effectively translated to the NFL. It is NOT what the Ravens are running.

Now the good news Meyer’s offense is what Dan Mullen (his former OC) ran at MSU when Dak was there. Dak is a perfect QB for that offense. I just don’t know if it can work at this level consistently.

Yes i do. Tackling, bad penalties are all a result of not being prepared and horrible coaching. Also when you give up on a coach thats what a team looks like. No heart. I prefer BB. He's the only one who could come in here and do what he wants. All the other guys will have some sort of undo control placed on them by our beloved duo of JJ and SJ.

It's likely that many here would approve of that but it's also doubtful that Belichick might chance having Jerry trying to neuter him.

Having said that, the most pregnant question remaining is whether or not Urban Meyer would take that same risk of interference!

Buffalo is the first time I saw this team quit. Obviously you dont know what quitting looks like since you werent a fan in 2011 when they quit on Wade. Its poetic justice that they quit on Garrett since he snaked Wade for the HC job. Jerry needs to step in. NOW. Or bench our starters. Because they absolutely dont want to play for this man anymore. Why risk injuries?

We agreed yesterday you would stop with the reactionary improbably comments. You reneged. So did I lol. I agree this team is in bad shape, but the talent is there. According to you though they should all be cleaned out. lol. Which is a joke. They need someone to come in and remind them playing for the Cowboys is a privilege not a right. Keeping Maher at this point is absolutely garbage. But Jerry is telling Garrett. This is the team you wanted. You live with it and die with it. Hes doing the dying.

What do you mean I don't know what quitting looks like when I called it weeks before you did? You openly said I was right about this team quitting weeks ago last night. I know they're quitting. I guess I'm just mad because we gave up on a promising season, but whatever. "There's always next year!".

Even if they did get a new HC, our players are straight up atrocious. What are we gonna do about that, eh? We need to rebuild. Everyone on that defense was terrible last night. Offense was a hot mess and can only play in garbage time. We need a new team in general. Maybe keep the receivers but besides that I want this team rebuilt. How long will a rebuild take...?

Who isn't reactionary after seeing such a poor performance last night? I'm sorry, but my anger got the best of me. I've calmed since then.
