..he's tired of losing and waiting another year for the run to the SB. But he wont do the obvious. I rest my case.

I listened to that this morning, it was actually very entertaining. Jerry was cussing so much the FAN radio station's "Bleep" machine automatically hung up on him. When they got him back online, he said he had been talking the whole time to himself, lol. I believe he said he had been up most of the night and was not going to put up with the DJs bullchit.

Notable quote: “There's no one in the NFL more responsible for what's going on on the field than me."

Does anyone speak Jerry because I am not sure what this means. In English it means Jerry is admitting to us that the reason the Cowboys suck is because of him and his decisions as GM. I am just not sure Jerry is speaking English here.
lol I think he is referring to the whole NFL !! He is Mr NFL !
He made them big money, he change rules, he showed them how to build stadiums, and how to build teams lol.
Because “There's no one in the NFL" would not make sense in referring to just his team .

Was he slurring or sound drunk.
Hard to tell, the man has difficulty with just plain speech. If he was still drunk, ole Booger's got some mean drunk in him. He came on the show spoiling for a fight.

Did you happen to see the pregame a couple of years back when Willie McGinest was getting indicted into the Patriots ROH? I was dying. Kraft was so drunk, the other guy and McGinest were trying to keep from laughing but he had invented his own language and dialect and they kept looking at each other trying to figure out what he was saying. He was so hammered, one time he was looking at McGinest and the other guy was talking and had to touch him on the shoulder. I thought it was an act. I think Foster Brooks was thinking 'hey, this guy's stealing my act'.

I don't care how much money a man has, sometimes he needs to use that dough for a keeper. Bad enough, the team is 6-7 but he really embarrassed himself and his franchise today and thinking he can just do that tells us all we need to know about how far gone he is.

Yep .

He must've been on a bender. Said something like "I haven't slept all night . I dont want to jack with you ... "

Jack Daniel's ?

Soon, there will be t-shirts in the Cowboys Pro Shop with some of his one liners.

This was completely calculated, guys. Now, people are putting their focus on him and not the team. It's all an act.

Not sure about that. He sounds like he has one foot in the assisted living community already.

If only he’d step over the line enough to get kicked out of the league. There’s where my Hope lies.

Like JR Ewing said.” If there’s not a skeleton in his closet we can put one there”.

But the owners want him cause he keeps the Cowboys from being a true contender.

I’d go for him moving the team like Art Modell did. Let someone else bring in another Cowboy franchise.

I really don’t care anymore. Funny how my football teams have come full circle. Baylor is playing for a conference championship tomorrow and a possible birth in National Championship.

Who’d a thunk Baylor could win a championship this era before Dallas. Screw Jerry and the Arkansas hillbillies he rode in on.

I haven’t been in town for a Football game bigger than the Cowboys in a long time. It feels damn good. I’m just sorry it’s in their stadium.

Early Parcells years probably qualify too. Parcells getting that 2003 team to to the playoffs with Quincy beepin' Carter was the last time the Cowboys out-performed their raw talent level.

I said this in another thread but I think that was Parcell's best coaching job in his career.
