Aaron Rodger over Dak in Pro Bowl is Ridiculous

I usually don't start post but this really has me pissed. Aaron Rodgers is behind Dak in relatively EVERY Category/STAT they keep for NFL QBs and he beats out Dak for the Pro Bowl. Now I know its sometimes a popularity contest and I know that if its close then you go with the all pro. Maybe its about the winning record, but don't tell me DAK hasn't outplayed Aaron Rodgers this season. I aint crying but this is some BS. Dak has nearly a thousand more yards passing.

Which is exactly the reason not to get worked up about who's in/out. I might be in the minority, but I care absolutely zero about the PB, and even less about who's playing in it. It's more meaningless than even the last preseason game each year.

I dont care much about pro bowl either but i have less an issue with Rodgers over dak than I do with Brees over dak

I struggle to lose sleep over this.

Dak has really impressed this year.....at times.
He has also looked like a scrub, and padded his stats in late game garbage time....at times.


My guess is he gets in after someone cant go, but I'm not sure he is really that deserving of a spot this year.

Stop crying and pay attention. They have nearly the same passer rating (Rodgers is a point higher) except Rodgers has actually done something against a team with a pulse. Passing yards . May as well put Jameis in the Pro Bowl too. Dak has a case but there are five guys ahead of him with at worst equal numbers and they are all on better teams which the Pro Bowl has always awarded.

Dak has had some good stats but at the same time some of those yards are empty.

I thought he had a good shot this year too, but it's not like he got beat out by Winston.

Pro Bowl is even more meaningless when replacement players /fill ins are considered "Pro Bowlers" .

#7 QB in the AFC got in one year .

I don't necessarily disagree with you, but perhaps voters looked at Rodgers's receivers and Daks and concluded Rodgers deserves it because he has 11 wins despite his top receiver being injured all year.

Also, Rodgers is a better QB than Dak.

Pro bowl is really a joke
It could be something cool for fans if they moved it around to each teams cities and made it more of a fan experience and just scrap the actual game

At least in an exhibition game, you have scrubs fighting for their NFL lives. In the PB, nobody's fighting for anything. They're usually out there yukking it up with one another and not even trying to make a soft tackle. It's just a senseless, boring evolution, IMO.

There are worse snubs each year and Dak will get in because so many back out of playing anyway

Agreed. AP actually has merit and meaning. The PB needs to go the way of the dinosaurs.
