Great take.

How many screens did the Eagles have yesterday? It had to be at least 8-10 right?

I defense of Garrett...the screen pass was just invented last week. That has to be true because these defensive players look like they have never seen one in their lives and they (and their coaches) have no clue on how to defend against it.

Lol! Actually it just takes Garrett a couple of years to decide that he should do something about it. Sad thing is I'm being serious.

I figured. This team has never had unity. There's always divisions in the locker room it seems. That's what separates okay teams from the great ones.
From what I can tell with the Pats, (Bennett is most recent example) if you are not on board with the Team and the system, they have no issues kicking you to the curb no matter who you are.

This has been the culture of the Cowboys and it's on Jerry Jones for being unwilling to change.

Blame no one but Jerry with his country club creation.
JG is a wuss he should have quit long time ago and not let JJ control him. That's what any man with a self respect would have done.

Results and probably "sources".
It's always when we lose that the "accountability" topic pops up. But we've heard the contrary from people that JG just doesn't do it in public. Mosher's Tweets are 75% negative to begin with.

Well the defense held Philadelphia to 17 points and I would say you could even say less than that because of the NFL offense I did not see time with possession yet but I'll guarantee you the defense played over half the game? Pretty tough when you keep getting putting on the field most of the game? But I would have to agree there seems to be some division or some issue somewhere there
I hate when people always reference the time of possession. Yes the offense sucked but the defense couldn't get off the field on third down against an offense being held together by duct tape.

Yup. And the players came out flat as heck again.
That's on Garrett.
Like that guy who started a thread saying it's all on the players?
I laugh in his face.

Probably end the laughing with a beer burp...
How did you laugh in his face on the internet?

That held a badly depleted Eagles team to 17pts, that's not something to be bragging about especially since the Eagles mistakes kept the game from being much worse.

Jerry holds No one accountable but he is the only singular person who can make changes.

Everyone else has a voice but limited power. Stephen, McClay, Jason all have a seat at the table but none have the ability to just make the needed changes without talking to the top bone-head. This is what needs to change more than anything. The next HC needs to be accountable for how all of the positions perform or they are held accountable but also empowered to make changes to his staff and players.

Says there’s a lack of accountability. If Philly wins next week, there will be a lot of drama released. I also recall that there is a division amongst the defense. Broaddus talked about it earlier this season. Some are Pro-Marinelli, and some are Pro-Richard (Jaylon and D-Law). Might be why our defense sucks and can’t do anything right.

Dont need stories - the truth has been in front of our eyes for almost 10 years now.

It wouldn't surprise me. You can tell something isn't right on D. They're back on their heels as they seem to wait for the offense. No defender other than the ones that were there are at the point of attack. It's as if everyone else is saying, that's not my job. All while the Eagles D was swarming to the ball. You guys can't tell me you didn't see that.

Our offense looks lazy out there. It's as if the moment our opponent stops us and takes the lead it's over. Dallas seems to give up. For a coaching staff that uses the term fight, where is it? There is no fight in this offense.

This is not to say I believe the Cowboys play like this at all times. But they play like that a lot more than I'd like.

Humans have a flight or fight response when facing danger. It’s primitive instinct. As soon as the other team goes up, the Dallas players choose flight. They give up and run with whatever possible. This team is incapable of fighting. I have yet to see this team fight back to win game. What a joke .
