The problem is we have 2 QB rating systems and Dak is excellent in both.
So its not like we can debate which is better and which we should use. Take your pick. They both say he has played very well.
Can you find one where he doesnt rank well?

Stats without context is meaningless. Strength of schedule, O-line, running game, garbage time/prevent defense, etc... are not calculated.

Rams have one of the toughest schedule this year with the toughest division in all of football, meanwhile its the opposite for the Cowboys.

If you think QBR matter or that stats matter without context, you don't know jack about football.

Put Goff on this Cowboys team and the Cowboys are winning 10+ games and making the playoff. All Goff need is a good O-line much less the best O-line in football and a running game.

Halfway through the season, Goff was leading the league in passing yards with the worst O-line! And none of it was from garbage time since Goff don't do garbage time.

Not to mention Dak has higher QBR because he throws checkdown, screen, and short yardage. Did you ever think to realize this? Goff throw intermediated to long passes so of course he won't have as high of a QBR. Goff is a gamer.

If you really think Dak is better, then suit yourself, but I know majority of the GM in the league rather have Goff.

Dak was unable to score more than 20 points against the Pats Saints Jets Eagles Bills and had over 20 in Garbage time losses vs the Packers and Bears.
Dak is 2-11 when Zeke is under 75 yards.
Dak has our team 80% of the time down in the games score-wise.
Dak has not won a game that we were down at the half!
Dak has had 4 games this season where he scored 0 TD.

I may be a Rams fan but I rank QB's accordingly. I have no problem admitting that there plenty of better QB out there than Goff, Dak just so happen to not be one of them.

Goff is the highest pay QB in the league but that doesn't take affect until next year. So if next year he take that next step, then none of it is lost.

Goff did not regress this year, his team regress. If he had the same team last year and played bad, then you would be right. Worst O-line and no running game and if you don't think that a big deal then remember when Zeke was out for 4 games, how did Dak do?

Don't even bother to avoid what you and everyone else knows to be true. His performance vs. Philly last Sunday was anything but typical of him. Any fan who knows anything can see that he didn't get to practice all week and that's never a favorable circumstance. His shoulder wasn't up to par and even his own teammates knew what to expect. Dak was anything but himself and those who know his performances well are all too aware of it. It's obvious that you are still butthurt from your loss to us recently. You and your guys got humiliated. Get over it.

I rewatched the GW drive against the Giants from 2013... what a shock.. our receivers DROPPED some wide open balls.. (Austin was having a mare that night) but Romo still got the job done..

Makes me so sad.. a dallas cowboy QB who actually stayed in the pocket.. scanned the field, made adjustments, put passes on target.. threw open receivers.. ahhhhh just everything Dak isn't.

Unfortunately we Cowboys fans have to sit and watch dak each week and some have drunk the coolaid.. they have literally forgotten what a crisp pass looks like.. or a QB putting a receiver into space.. They actually think that completing 8, 4 yard passes in a row against a weak zone that is selling out to stop the run makes Dak a 'great' QB cause it looks great on the stat sheet.

There are still some of us that watch the games and know that given our Oline and Zeke beside him.. Goff would have led Dallas to a very comfortable victory on Sunday.

Due to a highly injected injured throwing shoulder and a fractured index finger on Dak's throwing hand. Off target throws were to be expected. Goff throws like crap half of the time. What's his excuse? Compare overall stats, Dak is a much better QB than Goff. Sucks to waste a 1st round pick on a suckier QB than what the Cowboys used a 4th round pick for the better one. Who's laughing now fool?

Plus, what did Goff do in the SB? Choked as expected and proved he didn't belong there. Dak is the opposite. He never chokes under pressure. Sucks to be you. The only reason y'all reached the SB was because the officials helped y'all against the Saints...and you know it!

I actually watch Cowboys game every week as well . Cowboys games are shown every week here. Only time I don't watch the Cowboys is when they are playing the same time as the Rams. Of course if it was up to me, I rather watch 49ers, Seahawks, or etc...

I watch Cowboys game and am so jealous of the O-line. Daks has literally all day to throw (most of the time). There no such thing as a perfect O-line. So the Cowboys are a team I'm very familiar with, I just don't participate much in Cowboys discussion because I'm an outsider.

When Goff is on, his throws are so beautiful man. His throws has to be perfect because his receivers are not the type that has any sort of catch radius. If Goff had someone like Jones or Hopkins (guys who can catch any ball), watch Goff soar!

That was only for the Philly game, Dak hasn't done well since his first 3 games against the worst team in the league. Goff doesn't throw like crap half of the time.

Dak is not a much better QB than Goff at all. He not even better than Goff and you know it. Behind close door, you would choose Goff over Dak. Dak can't even get a winning record this year with a stack roster, so what Dak excuses? Stats don't matter when it don't transition into wins. Do we play games for stats or for wins?

You know who else have great stats every year? Matthew Stafford. You know why stats is useless? Cause Trubisky has a pro-bowl on this record.

Dak is not better than Goff, that why he hasn't gotten pay yet. That why despite great stats (check-down, etc...) he got snub out of the pro-bowl.
