Of course the real issue isn’t the coaching.were about to pivot as a board to complaining about the QB, instead. That’ll be fun for a while.

Certainly blame goes to Jerruh, but Garrett is part of it. No way Garrett gets a pass here.

JJ and his son are the puppet master JG is the fool..If he had some respect for himself he should have quit long a time ago but he was seeing it as a cash cow job.same as the players.saw it.
This club is a total mess worse than mos of us can imagine.every year they sugar coat the root of the issue with minor changes and some blames
The real problem is the base environment that JJ and his son has created.Don't expect changes they will just try to fool us again.

yep Jerry is a problem but he’s not going away.
JGs problem is that he can’t do anything a coach gets paid to do.
He cannot:
1) find mismatches
2) mask deficiencies
3) manage a game
4) motivate a team
5) instill any discipline
6) get players to play together as a team and make the team more than the sum of its parts
7) any of the above with any semblance of consistency

he’s terrible at all of the above...what do we pay him for that he does well? I’ll wait....and don’t say clap
Exactly why do we pay for him? Why does he have a job? He did his best. His best was average. When u are average. U are average.

Who keeps these coa he's around? Who allowed it to get to this point? Who hired all these coaches? Who created this culture?

Which GM in the league gives interviews after ea h game? Why?

Our GM sucks. It's all on him.

this is all Jerry's fault. he is the GM and he needs to be held responsible for this mess.

now, hate on garrett all you want, but your anger is misdirected.

This is 100% true, but you won't get many "likes" because we're stuck with Jerry. Consciously or subconsciously, people will keep blaming his employees.

After all, maybe after a dozen coaches and a few more QBs, 95 year old Jerry will get lucky and stumble into another SB?

garrett is limited as a head coach. he is not purposely sabotaging anything as some may suggest. he is just a limited in certain aspects of the game and I am sure garrett haters will just pour it on...so get it out of your system...garrett is doing his best and his best is just average and not good....that's not his fault.

can you jump 10 feet? why not? because you just can't.....he is limited.

this is all on Jerry. if Garrett is bad and has been bad, then why keep him. why be middle of the pack. if you think we have the talent, then why keep a coach to limit the team.... then you keep a coach in the last year of a contract, what do you expect to happen? catch lightening in a bottle? then no sane, good for anything, worth their play book OC is going to come to dallas knowing the head coach is on the last year of his contract and there is a meddling owner. so he promotes Moore and sells everyone on Moore. and tells everyone if Moore doesn't call the plays, then Moore can come to him directly!!! really...what type of message does that send to the organization, the players, coaches...

this is all Jerry's fault. he is the GM and he needs to be held responsible for this mess.

No coach I know would ever work like this. I take that back, garret apparently does. He should have left and gone to a team where he could coach or at least threaten to leave and make Jerry back off. I think he could be a very good coach if he had a nut sack.

100% Garretts fault...
I don’t know if it’s 100% Garrett
I think jerry makes it hard on a coach but Garrett doesn’t make guys accountable, he still thinks it’s the 90’s and you can win by out executing and that’s hard to do in the salary cap days

No way is Garrett hate a factor for me.

Nor for Jerrah, a HofF owner.

It's the chemistry of them together that has run its course.

Some want a complete change going forward.

Not me..just some real analysis by the team about its problems.

If it's a lack of a GM, then hire one. If Aikman wants the job..hire him.

Anything Aikman has done he has succeeded at.

Jerrah's knowledge passed on to Troy..

is going to bare fruit much faster than trying to do it with Garrett..please.

If Dak is limited, then make a change before we plunge into a commitment that cannot be easily undone once made.

But timing is everything.

Like this team with it's slow starts..

Jerrah cannot drag it out long to work at Jerrah-Speed. He is going to have narrowed his field of possibles within the next week as the pro playoffs begin and the college games end.

Anybody think Jerrah is ready?

Not me.

He seems bewildered and not in the moment with what has happened to his plans.

He keeps wanting to cling to the concept the Cowboys "are too talented" to be doing what they are doing.

Jerrah does not understand yet after 50+ of playing on and owning teams that the players have to want it most of all.

More than the fans, more than the coaches, more than the media..

but obviously Jerrah has given too much in the way of stadiums and training facilities..

now he is down to mega contracts to get the level of play where it needs to be.

Not working, Jerrah.

Is there a Plan B, Jerrah?

I hope so.

25 more years of this and we are both dead and gone waiting.
