What the heck does it matter if JG does exit interviews with players if he isn't the coach next season?

The new coach is going to conduct his own meetings etc. The whole thing is stupid.

Hell, I thought training staff and team doctors did the exit interviews as there purpose was to determine if players had any injury concerns that needed attention in the offseason!
