Who do you suggest and based on what criteria?
Meyer, Riley and Rhule? There have been similar great college coaches like Spurrier, Kelly and Saban who flamed out in the NFL.
McDaniels and Roman? Plenty of great coordinators haven't been able to handle the jump to head coach. In fact, McDaniels has failed once already.
Truth is, it's hard to say exactly who can make the transition, that's why so many head coach choices don't work out. I'd rather get someone who has at least shown he can get to a Super Bowl, and win it. He may not be able to do it again, but that gives him a leg up over these "unknowns" IMO.
