If Bennett is still under contract, i'm not for trading picks for him or any position coaches.
Only if the Raiders are willing to release him from his Radas contract, much in the way that Cowboys allowed Raiders current special teams coach to
leave and join Jon Gruden even though he was still a year on his contract I believe.

I don’t think any coach could see the improvement in our offense in Moore’s first ever season coaching and calling plays and not feel there’s a place on the team for him. One guy doesn’t create the game plan and implement it during the week. But I’d be shocked if McCarthy wasn’t calling his own plays.

Not sure if we have to give up picks. He is a WR Coach currently with the Raiders. So that may not be a lateral move since it would be a different position technically

I like Coach Brown but that's irrelevant. The Head Coach must bring in his own guy.

I’d be very interested to see what happens with those assistant positions – who stays or who goes under McCarthy,
just my early guess as who goes:
QB coach Jon Kitna,
WR coach Sandray Lai,
RB coach Gary Brown
and TE coach Brad Musseheimer
and of course Keith O'Quinn who I understand is already not longer the SP coach and likely to move to a more front desk job.

I really want to see what occurs with OL coach Marc Columbo- Cowboys ranked either at the very top or among the top of the entire league in least sacks allowed.
Consider that we passed the ball a lot more than past years- along with marked improvement in Lael Collins – I thought that was an accomplishment under Columbo.

And we saw how/what coaching changes did to our OL unit when we changed the OL coaching to eventually fired Paul Alexander the last time.
That was a utter disaster with failed high-low techniques and a much more finesse-positioning approach ..vs the more physical smash mouth style under new OL coach Columbo.
And I do wonder if we’d be heading to a more finesse-positioning style of play under McCarthy regime.

McCarthy is bringing in the west coast so he needs a guy who can teach it like Bennett...Zeke n Pollard need a good coach that knows all the in n outs of the scheme.

Is he bringing the west coast? Or is jerry making him use Kellen Moore playbook?
