may not have made it to free agency. interviewed with Patriots - with head coach on the call, and the Bears as well with 11 people on the line.

probably not a huge chance to make the final roster, but I'm happy with the pick. If nothing else, to get Brandon Polk in the door, who would have an even better chance of making the squad in my opinion. I saw all his games as well (only there for one season, before that Penn State).

I don't think so. While he looks decent the fact that he is coming in from James Madison means he will be quite raw. If someone beats out Rush for our backup spot it will be someone not here so far, not him. Though there are a couple guys a little more pro ready who could go undrafted and be our guy.

I have to admit - I liked what I saw on the highlights on TV. I really hope there is some kind of preseason this summer that he can get playing time in. Would love to see how he does.

I don’t know Rush is pretty bad. But I agree we don’t know yet.

Yea he does. Which is quite a benefit considering that the weakness of our scouting team and Will McClay has been evaluating QB talent.
