Whilst the trade is never going to happen it's an indication of how blinded some Cowboy fans are regarding Prescott.

All of my non Cowboy NFL friends find it absolutely hilarious that we might actually pay Prescott an annual contract around 35 million.

Gee some of my non Cowboys fan friends say that based on getting Prescott in the 4th round and having a fantastic rookie season, his second year his number 1 receiver led the league in drops. In his 3rd year he progressed and last year was in the top 2 in passing yards, completions of 20 + yards and 40 + yards and while the Cowboys receiving corp led the league in drops that with the price of QB's going up every year that 33-36 mil a year sounds about right and where it will end up.

1. The point is how much the author of the article claims the Cowboys should give up for Wilson. It's ridiculous yet...

2. The majority of my friends are professionals. They are smart individuals. I'm not referring to three or four people but over fifty. The only people I know who are of the view that the Cowboys should keep Prescott for circa $35 million a year are...two Eagles fans, a Giants fan (they think Prescott is ****) and...a fellow Cowboys fan. It's a tiny sample size yet it's just interesting.

Arguably the most impartial and objective view regarding Prescott would come from outside of the Dallas Cowboy fanbase and those of NFC East teams.

Define not better? Dak plays elite in 4th quarters. The teams failings in the playoffs werre because of the D and coaches, not Dak. Your reality already is delusional for being so arrogant. As I sad, if this was Romo or Aikman, Dak haters wouldn't trade for Wilson much less adding picks.

The only thing Lamar Jackson can do better than Dak is run the football. We’ll see how long he continues to prosper with his style of play. He’s looked awful in two playoff games.
