I don't know... I think right now Dallas is sort of like the blind date that sounds good on the phone. Probably to early to think that they are the "One" ?????????

On another thought...maybe Jimmy by saying this, is sending a message to Jerry. Hey, since I am going into the HOF, maybe you can add me to the ROH. I am ready now. And Dallas has a chance to be very good. :muttley:

He did come right out and say, "Jerry's right!", which I don't think I've ever heard him say before.

Jimmy, always the master psychologist. It's a dig a Jerrah ... Like saying "here you go Jerrah, you've assembled all this talent" ..." you said you could take any number of coaches and win a SB and yet you've wallowed around in mediocrity for 25 years. This is your last chance to be able to boast you've done it your way".

Just a dig that Jerry has only done it with Jimmy's team. Putting psychological pressure on Goober Jones !

No, that is a fan driven narrative anymore. Jimmy can care less about all of that.

I’ll have to agree with you. The excitement for me is the new coach and his staff. Last season, I hated the fact that Garrett was coming back for another season.

Jimmy Johnson said this?! I’m doubling down on my already tripled down Super Bowl bet! Stone cold lock if Jimmy said it.

Jimmy has done this in the past.

You’re not wrong. Terrible coaching and game planning the last ten years. Also never saw any half-time adjustments.
Did you watch the 2016-17 Green Bay vs Cowboys playoff game?

There was one team that didn’t make half time adjustments. I’ll give you a hint, it almost cost them the game and if it weren’t for their future HOF QB it would have. Any idea who it was?

Teams knew what we were doing because of our pathetic coaching.... unless I am wrong
If that many teams knew what we were doing how did we have more yards than any other team? Because teams felt sorry for us?

So what! They still lost. There were so many games that they blew in the second half because of poor execution. Example:patriots game last year

That hurts because it may be true.

They win and lose at least 5. Let's go w that.

You mean the team that was behind 31-7 the next week just after halftime?

They lost but McCarthy damn near handed them the game and probably would have had AR not literally drawn up a play in the huddle “back yard style” that put them in position to win with the 59 yard FG. I was expecting a route after the first half and McCarthy didn’t change a thing except take his foot off the gas and let us back in the game.

We almost beat one of the best QB’s to ever play the game with JG and with a rookie QB after being down by 14 points at the beginning of the 4th quarter. That should make you at least a little skeptical.
