I don’t think he meant it that way. He didn’t choose his words well. It would have been better to point out that Dallas will need to lean on the run game to compete and leave it at that.

If it forces them to be more conservative and they cut down the turnovers and protect the defense more with better ball control, maybe. Not sure what that says about the team. Still a dumb thing to say

I don't think he meant any disrespect towards Dak getting hurt. Could he of said it better? Yes.
He believes the Cowboys will be fine with Dalton and running the ball more instead of throwing it so much

If we're being real, with this offensive line, can running the ball really be our identity?

A week ago I was of the mindset that Zeke was the most overpaid offensive ornament in the league as a high-volume runner on a team no longer built to beat teams on the ground. Am I wrong?
