I see no chance of Nolan returning AS DC. He may come back as position coach coz Jerry and Stephen are not paying him for no service. I'm praying to god Zim is fired as Vikes HC and hired.

Good. We may not be a total train wreck after all. Part of me feels like this noise is coming from the guys that are used to being coddled by Uncle Jerry. Mike isn't having it and now they are having temper tantrums about being held accountable. I hope this is the case. We will see what this team is made of in the coming weeks. It will be interesting to see if their play on the field changes.

It's not a problem you can fix overnight, especially in the middle of the season. Offseason is the time clean it up and I have no doubt MM will do just that.

First thing one must assume with anonymous sources, they are lying. Why else be anonymous?

The other thing to assume here is this isn't necessarily a bad thing. All of those players not the anonymous source(s) are probably a little miffed at this. Bad enough they've got problems on both sides of the ball, they've got a lot of new faces and the last thing they need is division within the team.

This is when leadership steps up and it doesn't matter if you're on IR, this is the time your team needs you to unite them before this grows and it will if it isn't stopped now. Blame and excuse making can spread so fast that it's taken the team hostage before they know it.

Troy Aikman said it one time and it bears repeating because it's appropriate for just this situation. "Adversity doesn't build character but it does reveal it".

I've been hard on him, because I have high expectations. Some of my criticism is unfair. I criticize as a fan and fans are often irrational, biased and foolish. Im sure Ive been guilty of all, but it is what it is. I want and expect more from Zeke. I am sick and tired of our best players being the ones who let us down the most. When you are playing with a team full of back ups its a necessity the team leaders take up the slack. I give Zeke credit for how he's handled himself after that unfortunate showing. I hope he is able to walk the walk.
