If I am Jerry I say ok .... MIke this is your ship swim or sink and I let him do everything his way. I give him this year to turn it around. Oh, and I also send Kellen Moore packing. I don't want Mike "jumping on any tables". So Mike call your plays ok? Implement the full WCO . I won't mettle anymore and Kellen is gone and we don't need the PR story telling people about "jumping on tables".

I’ve been saying once it’s Stephen’s complete show to run we are in trouble. Idk how much Jerry is puppeteering behind the scenes but look at the Dlaw, Jaylon, Zeke, Amari contracts and Dak non-contract.

Offenses are installed in OTA’s and training camp it’s too difficult to change it up now. They have to roll with the current setup. He could take over play calling but can’t install a WCO on the fly.

I know you guys just want to gnash teeth and chop heads, but I’m not sure how you can get any realistic evaluation of Nolan with the number of players that are on IR, plus this defense hasn’t been good in some time. I mean surely you guys can at least fathom that it’s the player’s fault and not all scheme related.

We have ONE decent player who probably has a future here in the secondary and he is a rookie. The rest of these DBs will probably be gone as soon as possible.

We have maybe a rookie (Gallimore) who might stick at DT. The rest of them will probably also be gone as soon as possible. I’m not sure what you expect the DC to do.

I would count the season as over and implement it now. He has that Bill Walsh backgound and we need to see that. You probably can't make a full transition now but you can start adding the nuances now. Might as well. What do we have to lose? we are already losing.

There simply isn’t enough practice time to do it. If you think the defense is confused it would look worse on offense.

I would not worry about confusion - the games would be the practice, and if nothing else we get the number 1-2-3 pick in the draft. We need to see what we have in the players and in MM.

I still can't believe they hired McCarthy and didn't have him call the plays lol.

Not that I think playcalling is an issue. It's not even a top 5 issue for this team.
