WOW! You are a glutton for punishment. Did your ancestors taste test berries for poison?

On a side note. I’ve had dysentery before from eating bad meat in Rwanda.

I can understand why people die from it.

Madden and Romo are best color analysts ever.

Madden was a treasure, though I do contend that Romo is more insightful. Madden was best when he was doing "Boom" stuff.

As long as it's not charles robinson or booger I'm fine and don't have a huge preference.

Neither.
I'd rather watch w/o any announcers. Just the PA announcer is enough.

Brookshire and Summerall.

I loved watching the highlight show This Week in the NFL. Must TV!

Romo. I still am in awe of his understanding of plays before they happen. I know a lot of people think he'd make a great OC/HC but I think he'd make an even scarier DC with his understanding of offenses.

The GOATs.
I was just about to say that. There was nothing like watching those 2 calling the games on CBS and later on Fox while I was growing up.
Summerall's play-by-play delivery was exemplary -- whether it was a 2nd down run in the 1st quarter in September or a winning score in a playoff game -- his voice just expressed what happened; he knew he did not have to embellish what viewers saw on their screens. He let the broadcast of what is happening on the field dictate the atmosphere of the game.

Jim Nantz and Romo or Troy and Buck?

To each his own but, i'm big time Romo. :)

The Butt and Troy show is so creepy, mates.
Romo and Nantz are better, but no one is toppermost of the poppermost except Summeral and Madden.

I'm not sure Romo's famous predictions, even when so often correct, enhance my watching experience. Love the guy and appreciate his analysis though.
The two teams mentioned in the OP are about the same to me. I like them both.

In their last few years, Madden and Summerall undid their reputations when Madden became self-parody and Summerall lost his sharpness. They held on too long.

Rule #1 for 3rd world travelers - don’t order your meat medium rare. Also, don’t eat fresh produce like a lettuce salad washed in local water -made that mistake first time in Uganda.

I miss a lot of the old ones. Gifford and Dierdorf on MNF. Madden and Pat were the best ever. Hell I miss Musburger on CFB..... One of my favs in CFB too has always been Brad Nessler.
