Except hiring a real GM to build a team, stop surrounding himself with "yes men", get your family and buddies out of FO positions, holding on to guys (Garrett) way too long because you like them as buddies, and prioritizing winning over money.

Nobody is falling for your crocodile tears, Jerry. Everyone knows that the failures of the past quarter of a century falls squarely on your shoulder.

I fear as long as the Dallas Cowboys is the most valuable sports franchise in the world the Jones family won't lose any sleep over never winning anything.

And buy anything he means not hire a big name coach and sit on his hands every offseason watching other teams make moves while we hope things fall in our lap.
Jerry only goes after guys that are cheap, coming off injuries, or coming off mug shots.

He’s a great CEO. Has created the most valuable sports franchise in the world.

Yeah nobody ever heard of the Dallas Cowboys before him.

They were in bad financial shape but Jerry couldn't have done here in Cincinnati. It's the Cowboys' mystique that allowed him to turn them into the most valuable.

To say he created it is an overstatement and disrespectful to the guys who truly built it.

No he's not. He's just a billionaire. That's it.

Look, dear lad, he has built a marketing behemoth and assembled one of the best offenses in the NFL.
Yes, the D needs work, but overall I give Jerry a B- on building/rebuilding the team.

I'm comforted by his age.

You are well into the back 9 of the Jerry era.

So you're happy with being the most profitable franchise over winning championships? If they were to go on a 20 year run like NE I wouldn't care if they were at the bottom of pile.

Jerry being greedy doesn't make him a great CEO.
I don’t know why you think he’s greedy. I don’t think so

He likes me! He really likes me!
I don’t hold grudges, I don’t put people on ignore. Everybody has a right to their own opinion. And I don’t hold grudges again. In case it didn’t sink in the first time

It's just so pathetic that nobody in the media has the balls to follow that up with "Would you make a change at GM?"

They won't do it. They're scared to do it. They like their access. The last guy who did was shipped to NBA coverage, if I'm not mistake.

Jerry Jones is an egomaniacal lying lunatic.

"If I'm not mistake".

I hate when auto correct makes me sound like an idiot.

If only he would stop micromanaging. I see only issue I have with the way he runs his team. But it is his team so

First off, that's a lie, Jerrah. You wouldn't take your clammy hands off the wheel & allow real professionals to run your team. You wouldn't let them build a top ten defense through the draft. (Of course, the way they mis-judge pass rushing talent, I wouldn't let the current crew do it either). Randy Gregory & Taco Charlton-2 picks ahead of TJ Watt-come to mind.

If you truly want to see the Cowboys win it all, sell the team. But, just one more thing you wouldn't do.

You are spot on. This carnival barker has done everything to not win championships. It started with firing a HOF coach during a bender and continues with wasting 10 years on a fraud ex back up QB that clearly has studied Machiavelli. The culture is not about winning football and it starts and stops with this clown and his stupid son.
