The article didn’t say anything more than he went back and to keep an eye on his foot. Did it say in there that we know he has a foot injury or how we know it is hurt? Maybe I missed it but there is zero real info on Randy in that story… other than he didn’t go to the game.

2020 Randy didn't start any games. Played 25% of snaps or 271 plays out possible 1050 as a starter but had 3.5 sacks. Aldon Smith started 16 games almost 900 plays and had 5 sacks.

Better question.....what makes you think you can't pencil him for double-digit sacks.

Because he has done nothing, absolutely nothing, FOR SIX YEARS except be suspended.

I just don'e see how anyone could just think he comes in all of a sudden makes an impact like that. I just don't see it. I hope I'm wrong, but you have WAY MORE faith in the guy than I do.

LOL - did you not see the difference in our D before when Nolan wouldn’t let him on the field and after Jerry told Nolan to put him out there? I think Mountaineer is UNDERESTIMATING RG.

I saw the difference when we started playing terrible offenses missing key players like the Bengals without Burrow or just overall bad teams like the Eagles. Is that what you mean?

His length, speed, and bend is special. He is also good at playing the run. He is not an average guy

Randy hasn't played in 6 years.......he's started ONE game. Guess you can say it's taken him 4-5 years to get his personal life in order and understand what it takes to be an NFL player. But one thing for sure, WHEN he's played he's been damn good. This is the first year he's going into a season as a starter. Not sure how you can't see he was a different player last season. To suggest he won't do any better than Aldon Smith is odd coz IMO you're talking about 2 players heading in different directions, one ascending and one declining.
