What say you?

Obviously Parsons is more versatile. If they are even as pass rushers I’d say that makes Parsons better. He’s leading the league in TFL’s.

Consistent production over a long period of time has to be part of that comparison.

Looks great so far. But the young man needs time at his current production level for the comparison to have any real value.

Too early to tell. Ware was a good pass rusher but people don't give him enough credit for playing the run. Ware played with great discipline and never let the offense sucker him inside on those outside runs. He was one of the best at controlling his edge. This is something DLaw has not done and Gregory is not that strong in this area either. Parsons looks like he will be an impact player for a long time, but he just does not have enough time under his belt yet. Remember, LVE and Jaylon looked great for 1 year too. Time is the true test.

Ware never won us a SB, so he's as good as Romo and Dak......Parsons will even off once he's able to play a true position.....he's pretty damn good, though

He's definitely having a better rookie season. That's as far as I'm willing to go. It's too early to say.

Parsons is having a better rookie season but we have to remember Ware is a future Hall of Fame player.

So my answer is not quite yet. But the potential is there for Parsons to be the next generational defensive talent for the Cowboys. We might someday mention him along with Ware, Darren Woodson, Randy White, Bob Lilly, etc..

Let's see where he's at in 3 to 4 years. Then you'll have a better sample size to judge by.

I'd say he looks every bit the part to match or exceed Mr Ware. Depends on if he continues to work hard at his chosen profession and hone his skills, learns the nuances of playing in the NFL and stays injury free.

To me...he looks like he could be the next LT if he stays the course then anyone I've seen in a long time.. Big words I know but he could very well pass Mr Ware and clash with greatness at the level of Mr. Taylor. I wish Mr Parsons well.

Go Cowboys!

Ware could affect your team one way. Parsons' can affect your team from anywhere on the defense.
