I’m not a fan of waiving the white flag and taking L’s when everything isn’t perfect for him.

It’s been that way his entire career. He is a system Quarterback.

As long as their is no holes in the boat and we are front running than he is great.

Dak is one tough quarterback. And I wouldn't trade him for the world. Dallas was lucky not losing him on this play. A play only fans see & the haters turn a blind eye to.

The only guys that can handle a bull rush are Tyron, Collins and Martin. I think La'el just need time to get back in football shape.

So 68% of Cowboys fans know how lucky we are to have a franchise QB, and 32% are completely clueless and should find a new hobby that’s less confusing to them.

Sounds about right.

Sure I’d rather have Mahomes or Rodgers but I’ll take Dak over the last guy everyday and twice on Sunday with possible exception of 2014.
Dak is not our main problem our over rated line and defense is and the health of our players
I am ok though with them looking for someone who can compete with Dak in the event that we’re not being told about an injury concern

I’m taking the pre Broncos Dak all day.

This post Patriots Dak is not worth the money. This is a dime a dozen player. We might as well have Teddy Bridgewater. We can lose 3 of 4 games and get little from our QB for a lot cheaper.

That's what I don't get. From game 1 until his injury, he was money. Much better than last year. I thought he took the next step. Since the calf injury, he looks like 2020 Dak-above average QB, but not elite. I don't know why. Is it the injury lingering or something else? He was not missing these passes earlier in the year.

It’s because things around him aren’t optimal. He needs the same team that even Cooper Rush can win with.

Now Dak can run the system a lot better but it’s time to give up on Dak and thinking he’s a guy that’s going to elevate the team.

Some of you have no clue how tough it is to find a damn good QB like Dak.

Chicago-Detroit in the early window should’ve been required viewing for you people who think QBs like Dak grow on trees.

1st round pick Andy Dalton vs #1 overall pick Jared Goff.

Dak is playing the same way he played at Mississippi State....good enough to get it done but not good enough to get it done by himself. DAK needs a supporting cast to win....and without the support he is still Top 10 QB but that's the best its gonna get. Top 10 does not mean Super Bowl....it means good enough...

There are 43 members of CZ have no clue about football.

Dak was the only saving grace on offense yesterday.

Yep. you right..in OT when the Cowboys needed a drive to win the game...What did DAK do....hand off to ZEKE and throw at the feet of a wide open WR.... 3 and OUT....that says all you need to no about DAK.....3 and Out with the Game on the line.....

Yes however I understand he will never be elite and requires an enormous amount of talent around him to succeed(so does most quarterbacks).

Is he worth 40m...in my mind no however thats the going rate for good quarterbacks and the trend moving forward

His lack of mobility concerns me now as that was big part of his game

Wow.

I am amazed he didn't get hurt on that...about 600lbs with momentum falling into his lower body...yikes!

Yes, let's ignore what he did down the stretch of the game to even get to that point.

I am amazed your ire isn't focused on Zeke. Highest paid (or so) rb in the league is back to not being able to outrun me and I'm 47.

The question was am I happy with Dak as the QB and my answer is no. But I am OK with him. I don't think he should be paid more than twice as much as someone that has won multiple super bowls even if they say " well that's what the market demands", that to me is a bunch of crap. You should get paid by what you do and you should earn it, not just because its "your turn".. I like Dak, seems like a great guy and teammate, but get me to the playoffs and win me a bowl or two then ask me. I just think with all the talent around him he should be winning more. I know the past couple weeks there have been injuries and whatnot to the Oline and WR's, but if that's the case then you need to step up and change some things to get the W. That's what a winning franchise QB is paid to do...

Happy?

Let me put it this way, I view Dak the same way I viewed Romo before him.
He's good enough, but I want to see the team make some progress like an NFCCG appearance.
Obviously, there's been no progress in that regard.
