Trying to figure out something positive to focus on for next year but it’s kind of hard..

1. We will have the same QB

2. Zeke clearly isn’t the same HB and they don’t want to use Pollard for whatever reason

3. Probably getting rid of Cooper

4. Dallas doesn’t do agree agency anymore

So what is there exactly to look forward to besides being a fan just because we’ve always been fans

Another season, do we need more?

We really don't know much about this 2021 draft class except one player so there's that. There's the draft and that's fun.

Keeping Quinn is a positive and seeing how this defense can improve.

But best of all? Another off season with the Zoners, the zaniest bunch of bipolar, manic depressive madcaps in the NFL. Losing with laughter.

I have to say, I have more fun reading comments in the "zone" than watching Cowboys games!! :p

If we didn’t have the same QB there wouldn’t be anything to look forward to except a real rough season dealing with a bad QB situation that could lead to years of struggles and wasted draft picks. All we can do as fans is a hold on to hope which is what we do every year. The draft usually bring some optimism or it could add to the discouragement If you don’t like our some our picks. It’s way too early to start feeling encouraged about next season. The wounds are still festering from our playoff loss. It’s going take a few months to start getting over it. The growing number of fans that don’t believe in Dak are going to have a tough time getting motivated for next season because the Cowboys invested big in him and he’s not going anywhere. You might as well pull for him instead of trashing him and hope he bounces back next season.

And when they lose? Gold, it is gold.

I have seen some rants worth publishing after a loss and have read some through tears of laughter.

Most of the time I catch myself thinking 'I hope they are really not taking this as seriously as I am reading'. It is not worth it.

But they can he happy that 1 year down and only 3 to go.

I agree but some seem to dislike him so much that they are not hoping for the best but the worst. I got that same feeling about Romo. Some would rather have an unsuccessful team than have that one player a success.

I will say one thing about this. Romo did not give them as much to dislike with his family chiming in and I think Prescott would be better to stay out of the public light for a while. He is not making anything better.

It’s obvious there’s a lot of fans that pull against Dak. If they dislike him that much they might as well just find another team or find something else to do on Sundays during the NFL season. It’s hard for Dak to stay out of the public light he’s the QB of the Dallas Cowboys. He doesn’t do the things that Romo did during the offseason that bring attention such as play PGA golf events and judge beauty pageants. He’s not dating celebrities. He needs to get his brother off Twitter and get his family to stop defending him via social media and podcasts. It appeared to me that Dak lost some confidence this season and the hate he’s been receiving from the fan base isn’t going to help his confidence.

You can not be a fair weather fan and be a cowboys fan because there is no fair weather here. So you suck it up and come to terms you are a fan of this team no matter how far we've fallen or you have to move on from them. We can cling to false hopes that Jerry sells us but we know it's lies disguised as hope nonetheless.

Not a real fan if you move on.I live and die Cowboys no matter what as well as 98% of people on this site.That’s what booze and this site are for, to help cope w/ the heartbreak and disappointment.

The running game can be improved using the young RB's already on the team by fixing the OL. A few more pieces on the DL will make the D pretty darn good. I'm looking forward to these improvements.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Only thing you should look forward to is the display of entertainment regarding grid-iron football and I mean that in its most literal sense. This team has no hope of winning a championship.

That's why i'm here. I can't help but buy into the false hope like we all do even though we know better. f...it. were SB bound in 2022! gonna need more booze.
