Serious Question: Is Dak better now than Romo in his prime?

Romo had less offensive talent then Dak. Romo elevated his receivers, we have not seen Dak do that really, I guess maybe Sholtz, I say that is more the arsenal they had around him.

Yes, because if Dak and Romo can't do it then actual great QBs can't do it either.

If thinking that makes you feel better then by all means...
No. I have just seen what happened to both Dak and Romo with no OL help. Those are 2 mobile QBs. You think the 2020 season when they had no OL out there that Brady would have won a SB with that team? LOL. Whatever helps you brother. I am not saying they wouldnt have success. And I am in no way comparing those 5 QBs you mentioned to Dak. All I am saying is look at the big picture.

You've seen what Romo and Dak do with 3 All-Pro OL linemen too.

Nothing.

Again, if you want to think that if Dak and Romo can't do it then nobody can then you're free to do that. I'll continue hoping that at some point this organization starts taking the QB position seriously again.

I get what you're saying but all im saying is Dak has the 3 most important abilities that make him better than Romo.

1. Leadership

2. Better quarterback in clutch moments. How many times did Romo choke opportunities away??? Exactly...
3. Availability. Romo was a damn good quarterback, no question. But only when he's AVAILABLE to play.
You've bought into a lot of lies there.
1) What makes Dak "better leader". Where has Dak lead us that Romo didn't? They must be closer than you make it out to be.
2) "clutch moments"? I am not sure how you measure this. DO you have a stat that shows how many times Romo was repeatedly forced to take the lead in the 4th quarter (because of bad D)? Not sure there is one.

"choker" you say. A lie! From 2006-14, Romo led 27 game-winning drives in the fourth quarter and overtime. That is the most in the NFL over that span, one more than Peyton Manning and Matt Ryan.
3) Dak is building an injury list his own self. Missed time with busted ankle. Injured last year, some people say these injuries are preventing him from playing his 2016 season. When you have up to 3 1st round picks on the line and a 1st round stud RB blocking....you are gonna get less injured.
4) #2) is a lie so you lose all credibility.

The team he was handed had the #4 pick in the draft.

Because Romo missed the season due to injury. Come on man, its not rocket science. How did we do in 2020 when Dak was hurt?

Yes. I can at least point to a hall of famer doing film work. You've got box scores.
If you think dak was the reason we lost against the 49ers you are blind. Go look at his whole body of work. You stated he holds the ball too long. But his stats say he doesnt. Hmmmmm who should i believe???

He struggles with the deeper windows. It's just a fact. He rarely throws the 7 route against Cover 2, for example. He missed multiple windows in the games I cited. Warner made statements during his breakdown like, "I see Dak do this all the time." Again, take it up with the hall of famer.

They lost those games as a team. They won't do anything until they can stop the run, especially with Dak behind center.
