No. Not even close to Romo.Dak has improved and what not but I think Romo was greater with less

He's just not that guy both mentality and physically at this point.I wish he would take the risk of throwing into tight windows when the team needs it…..he’s just not that guy.

I was as big of a Romo fan as anyone when he played.Keep in mind the ones burying Romo to prop up Dak.
People that do that will also be the first to burying Dak when our new and fresh QB takes over in a few years.
They enjoy the flavor of the week and will be quick to hop on the next bandwagon while acting like the old one they rode for years is trash.
Umm. Ive been criticizing Dak all off-season. So you can take that argument right out the window. Both he and Romo have dealt with a lot of crap on this team because of horrible decisions made off of the field. Why are you all so easy to get butt hurt when people criticize Dak, but have no issue at all burying the QB that was there before him?
They both aren't good enough, ya'll are some real hypocrites about it though.
As for your horrible Tom Brady take.....You put Tom Brady on this team and we would win. Ya'll use the "it's not on the field" excuse as a way to defend players that aren't good enough. Ya'll do that because you can't fathom that your favorite players may just not be good enough, so you try to justify them not being good by playing mental gymnastics to convince yourself that not even the GOAT could win here. The fact is Brady, Mahomes, Rodgers, Allen, and the other top QBs would do just fine here and would have more success than Romo or Dak ever could. But hey, you play whatever mental gymnastics you need to make you feel better about that.
I was as big of a Romo fan as anyone when he played.
I am just stating reality.
Still love Romo but to bash Dak because he took is job is silly.
"Better numbers" doesn't necessarily mean better QB. If you want to trot out stats, you need some context...like how many 1st round picks along side each....just as one example.
I'm not saying you are totally wrong.....but for example....the super bowl stat...Dan Marino has none.
One of those guys huh. Thanks for admitting you don't understand the game
LOL, not even close. Romo had elite arm talent, along with being able read defenses. Dak has had a combination of elite Oline, elite Running game, and elite WR's at some point with one playoff win to show for it.
You're right...Romo got another series in the last game of the year.lmao...why do you lovers always say Dak took Romo's job? Romo was injured, Dak did not take nothing. Also, Garrett did not even let Romo compete for the job. You sound like Dak came in and stole Romo's lunch! GTFOH.
Post em up.
As long as we're talking stats and you're going to use as who the better QB is then I can only assume that you also believe Dak AND Romo are better than Aikman and Staubach, right? Since they both have better numbers and all..
I get what you're saying but all im saying is Dak has the 3 most important abilities that make him better than Romo.
1. Leadership
2. Better quarterback in clutch moments. How many times did Romo choke opportunities away??? Exactly...
3. Availability. Romo was a damn good quarterback, no question. But only when he's AVAILABLE to play.
Dak was 18th in passing yards and 16th in passing TDs in 2016.
Yet, people around here act like he was setting records and playing better than Romo ever could have.
Zeke was the one setting the world on fire by winning the rushing title by over 300 yards.
Dak kept that job because we were rolling and I'm fine with that, but to act like Dak was setting the world on fire like they do is just outlandish.
Romo used to make dumb decisions with the football that hurt this team way way more than dak does.
