Dak is doing his best. If he was a chump throwing teamates and management under the bus, I would feel differently.

Nobody is forcing him to say dumb things.

I'd personally prefer he say something along the lines of "We're going to be ready and prepared every single week" or "We are focused on getting better everyday and improving upon and correcting the mistakes that ended our season last year".

That's more honest and genuine, but then again, we have to consider the source here.

Who would you consider a "Chump throwing teammates under the bus".

Not doing that isn't a leader. And it's is indeed very true.....being a leader isn't easy. A big list of criteria. Just being a good guy? Nope sorry I don't agree with that.
My opinion...the biggest criteria for a leader is to lead to... somewhere. We've gone nowhere and either have no leaders or ones that fail. Neither is good.

I get what your saying and as in all business workings the end result is the measure of quality in the work... the only diference to me is in this situation are we sure anyone can overcome the actual owner/CEO and what he is doing to his managment crew for them to lead....thats why this conversation get conveluded to me...is it the HC, QB. OC because none of them were here for the other 20 years this same problems have been going on.

According to a poll that get's posted often 80% of this board would rather move on from Dak, so I would say "most" thinks this is just Dak being corny, cheesy, and writing checks that his skills can't cash and would rather he stop talking about it and be about it.

lol, gonna ride that post playoff lose poll as long as it will ride i see..lol Could've polled who wanted to stop being a Cowboys fan after and crazy enough most would've agreed at that moment and then calmed down and came back.
