Dallas was 0-1 and had lost their starting QB. Dallas was declared dead.

But Rush came in and saved the Dallas season. He has overachieved and is the first quarter of the season MVP. Dallas is now 3-1, and 2-0 in the division. Thank you Cooper Rush.

But now Dallas must think long term. IF Prescott is ready for this weeks game against LAR he MUST play. Even if Dallas looks bad on offense and loses against LAR, Prescott needs to play to knock off the rust and get reps with the offense in a real game, not practice.

The game that matters is the week after, the Philadelphia game. The divisional game.

Rush has put Dallas in a great position. But Dallas needs to build on that. The next two weeks will have a large say to what kind of team Dallas actually has.

We saw his ceiling. He’s a good back up who ca. win games. He needs to be good in the red zone like dak does. The red zone separates the great from the good.

That's not how it works. And while I do think the defense is why we are 3-1....you don't win game 0-0. Rush has scored just enough point to win these games. You need your QB to make plays. T

Thank you Rush and thank you Defense. Oline didnt play well today and Rush was rattled. But like the last 2 games he came through with a TD late to seal it. And he did it with the horrid Zeke being featured. Not so easy.

Hahaha, ease him back? Where have you been the past 6 years. Dak is not elite or good enough to carry the football team.

Your right. Dallas will be the underdog againt LAR. But I feel they will have abetter chance to wi with Prescott and the defense over Rush and the defense.

This is likely what will happen, but I'd like to see Rush be given the chance to lose the role. One hell of a motivation to win out and hold on to the position. If he finally turns the role back over to Prescott with a loss, Dak will be equally motivated to prove himself again.

If you believe Rush gives Dallas a better chance to win over the long term than Prescott, then there isn't much else to say.

Shid, looks like Dak ran his course the way he's regressed. I'll be the first to congratulate a good Dak performance, but Dude been struggling for a minute. Rush has been a joy to watch, and Dak fans (not Cowboys fan) can't take it y'all have to throw out backhanded compliments after every win like that somehow makes Dak look better.
