but please, go ahead and tell me about the 2007 giants with david tyree, a washed up plaxico and amari toomer...some BIG TIME #1's! They were STACKED

End of the day, regardless if we pay him or not, he will get his money. While we have T-Will.

If he gets $48M/year from us, we'll maybe have TWill and a bunch of scrubs at almost every other positions because we can't afford to pay anybody else. So which does the team more damage: losing Dez or paying him a third of the salary cap?

IRVING, Texas -- If Dez Bryant's threat to "not be there," means the regular-season opener on Sept. 13 against the New York Giants, then what happens with the Dallas Cowboys?

The coaches lauded the work of Terrance Williams in Bryant's absence during the offseason program. Williams became the de facto leader of the wide receiver room. He and Tony Romo were much more in-tune with each other.

That wasn't always the case with the two.

Devin Street worked with the starters with Bryant absent. He had just two catches as a rookie in 2014 but the coaches liked his development through the year. Getting the extra work with Romo in the spring will help his development this year. Coaches say players make the biggest jumps between their rookie and second seasons. While any work would have been good work for Street, having that work come with Romo is an added bonus.

Cole Beasley would continue to serve as the No. 3 receiver in the slot, so his role would essentially be the same, but it could change how much the Cowboys use three wide receiver formations...

In one word "sad".

if it looks like Dez will really miss a few games I think we'll pick up a Reggie Wayne or Welker. They will probably be relatively cheap and should be able to play for the few games we may need them

I wouldn't mind him holding out the first few games just so he can watch the offense not skip a beat. The running game and not Dez Bryant makes the offense what it is.

"B***h Better Have My Money"

It's a Rhianna song.

Thank you kindly. That reminds me of I'm Gonna Get You Sucka! and the scene where Huggy Bear wins Pimp of the Year.
