Hey guys, I wanted to update you on an upcoming change and offer you a choice on something else.

First, as you know we've moved the Members Zone forum to the top section, right above the Off-topic Zone. That forum was always meant to be the place where members get together for either personal chats or general chats. So, soon I am going to be moving this thread to the Members Zone.

Now, the choice I want to give you is this. We can leave this this thread as is and just move it .. OR .. I can close this thread, let you start a new thread and I will not disable LIKEs on it as long as there's no obvious attempt to use it for LIKE farming. Meaning if your posting habits in it remain similar to this thread, it won't be an issue.

Thoughts?

It sounds good to me but whatever everybody else wants will be fine. They post in here more than I do.

I'm good either way, I say we let @Trouty decide since its his tavern.
Can you combine the two threads and just enable Likes moving forward?

The only issue I see is the like-mining concern.
I would not want our members ridiculed by others because we enjoy liking each other's comments.
However, I dont feel strongly about it since I am only a recent member.

Perhaps the two guys who started the beer threads should decide?
Obviously that is @Ranching who started this thread, and this is @Trouty 's tavern.
