Guess I’m one of the few that love the HotBoyz name lol. It stands for something awesome though, almost a fraternity on that D. Listening to Jaylon talk about it on Eisons show was a good few minutes

According to JJT, he said his source in the organization says the reduction in snaps was a direct result of him being solely focused on getting sacks. To the point that he would refuse to set the edge, maintain gap assignments, or read the backs slipping out for a screen pass to his side. He was only interested in sacks because he feels that is the only way he gets a big contract like DLaw is getting.
Not sure who to believe, but I'm leaning towards JJT

90% of the links you go to you have to get their digital version after a few looks or you can't read them anymore. I find the whole thing annoying. Ditto for USA today as well. Everyone wants a piece of your wallet.

The way I look at it is this If it makes them play better to be called the Hotboyz and the represent then Im Kool. So they need to represent in the playoffs and show up as the Hotboyz otherwise the title should be thrown out.

I agree, winning is everything.
If they win and advance, and the Hotboyz are a big reason why,,,, then by all means,, there should be a parade. A very merry gay parade.

These guys are young and are forced to change their ways for this opportunity to play.
Some take longer than others, I think he'll be ok.

I understand that there is no excuse for some of the behavior that some of these young guys do, like smoking weed and all that but we also have to remember that these are kids and it's not easy to go from hanging out doing what you want in college to come into the pros and have to watch your mouth and things like that

So much of it is perception. If you’re not a yapper, some people assume you’re disengaged or don’t care.

It is what it is, but I’ve seen so many people that talk a good game but couldn’t put rubber to road when it came time to do the work.
