I do think it is cute our pro personnel department is so completely useless and lazy that it depends on Marinelli's viewpoints on prospects when they came out of college.

We need some consultants.

More of the "orphans" that Marinelli loves so much.

So he can try to look like a "genius" if somebody shows anything.

You remember, like he did with Henry Melton, Nick Hayden, Stephen Paea, Damontre Moore, and Jihad Ward.

We don't need "talent", we have a "genius".

A "genius" that hamstrung his entire defensive line with his scheme tells so the Rams knew what the line was doing "90% of the time". And got them run over for 278 yards.

You know they would laugh at you saying that more than what I said right? They are all in on Dak, better get used to it or find a new team buddy....
I try to save idiots from their own self destructive behavior. I will always be a Cowboys fan even though they are run by self destructive drunken idiots. Dak is a good kid. He is not a franchise QB.

They hit on Jaylon Smith and so they feel this strategy gives them a “competitive advantage” in terms if talent acquisition.

They love signing injured guys and talented guys that just “need a change of scenery”.
Alcoholic GM. The same drunk turd wants to give Dak a long term contract and 100 million.

There was no bigger Malik McDowell fan than me before the 2017 draft. This is awesome news all around.

I was too when he was coming out the Draft that year.

That said, the reports say he suffered very serious eye and brain injuries in that ATV crash. I’m not sure how playing in the trenches, banging your head repeatedly can possibly be beneficial to his health status.

The whole deal with McDowell has been mysterious. From the day it happened to what the Seahawks did with him before they dumped him.

I am sure there is a Lifetime movie of the week plot involved here that could tug at Jerry Jones' heartstrings.

They already made it...Radio

Can't kill the FO for taking a look at a 6'6" 300lbs player at a position of need. He's also only 22yrs old. If he passes his physical, it won't cost anything to sign him. If they want to be more conservative, they can cut him at the end of TC and sign him after week one so his contract isn't guaranteed.

Low risk, high reward. I have no issues whatsoever with the FO on kicking the tires.

Solid wildcard signing for the Cowboys if they can get it done. Would look nice in our rotation at DT.

This is the type of move like a draft pick because hes still young and can develop like a draft pick. His skills cannot be questioned.

Okay, this one gets a :huh::huh: from me.

Covington and Hyder made sense. McDowell was hurt so bad from his accident I doubt he's even cleared to play yet, no??

Well, it would make sense to check into his physical condition. Whether he is worth signing obviously depends on that.
