Offered it to Elliot and he said no. Jaylon said um I will take that.

We can relax. Still have enough to sign Dak and Elliot if we wanted. I think Dak May play out his contract. And Elliot will sit.

for team that has apparently all of these "top 5 players" shouldn't they have accumulated more than 1 playoff win.

Zeke is a man child. 14 year old kid in a beast body. Watch the way Jaylon carries himself, and you instantly notice the maturity difference.
Isn't Elliott an only child?
Jaylon had to knock heads with his former #45 brother growing up,,,Zeke ain't grown up yet& probably never will.

All the burn barrel buddies should come clean now and respect a good linebacker and strong man as well.

Been a Cowboy fan for 50+ years and i can't think of a player i rooted harder for to succeed then this young man. He is a deserving very appreaciative young man with a high moral character and i am very happy for him. I hope he stays healthy for the 5 years of this deal and at 28 signs another 5 year deal for double the money he just got

All Linehans fault of course! That's more than double the points on the board. For a guy who out touched gurley by 66. So instead we should just use the 11 all purpose yards a game difference to decide who's better.
So you think Zeke should take over playcalling? Like I’m confused what your stance is here. You think if roles were reversed Zeke would have six touchdowns with the Rams?

My stance is Gurley is better. Doesn't matter who the coach is or what team he plays for. Zeke plays for the Cowboys. 66 touch difference and more than double the TDs. But there's always a scapegoat. People want to pay him like he's the best but he wasn't. That's my stance and it should be Jerrys..

If the "truth" about you is behaving like a knucklehead when your career dictates a certain amount of thought and decorum be put into your actions and you completely ignore that , I'd have to seriously question your mental stability and make-up....................

I personally think this is a crappy offense and that should be taken into account when trying to determine how bad or good someone is.

He's done nothing. He's had one good year. Don't get me wrong I'm glad he's going to be here for awhile but make no mistake this was a good faith deal on both sides. It will look like a bargain in a year or two probably but as of now? He's done nothing.

Yeah but for only one year.

I mean you should. He got paid like a top 5 linebacker. Zeke wants to be paid like the best back in the league and Dak wants top 5 money. Jaylon's is the most favorable but Jaylon's is also ridiculous when you factor how bad he was the first two years of his career.

he’s played two years. One was remarkable given the injury, the other was remarkable in general. He’s a stud. It’s warranted

Jaylon is a true cowboy giving the cowboys a discount, wanting to win, respect and talks nothing but the cowboys. He is a good character type of guy where you get people beating their wife's, abusing their children, drugs, and just overall bad character people. This is a true man right here so super excited it happened to him. Cooper is another one I would like to see next.

While Jaylon is out there making the Cowboys look smart, Zeke is out partying pushing security guards and getting himself into trouble with the league for unneeded drama. Hopefully Jaylon maturity rubs off on Zeke.

Still doesn't make him the best. Just wishful thinking. So everyone sucks except Zeke. lol That's your stance? So if you were a Rams fan you would still be saying Zeke's better? Barkleys better and he's truly on a crap offense.

congrats to Jaylon,i thought he was a wasted pick for 2 years and i have been proved very wrong.
Me too, I was pretty upset when they drafted him. Now I'm thinking I'm getting me a new jersey.

Now, this makes me feel better about overdrafting a guy in the 2nd who was going to sit on the bench for a year and who might never have gotten back on the field.
