As much as I like Jaylon, he's looked really off this season. I don't think I've ever seen a linebacker get so much praise, while missing so many open field tackles. He looks like he's favoring his good leg and overextending every angle.

Even on the forced fumble, he overextended, slipped, and barely got a finger on the ball. He can run fast in straight lines, & pass rush, but his lateral movement is just so off.. It's obvious his dropfoot is still an issue.

TBH I seen a few plays this week and last where he looked favoring his good leg... Not saying he is injured, but I question such.... We know how our FO likes to not disclose some injuries whiles hyperboling others....

I think we like showing injuries in those coming back from such and down play those that are truly injured in some way....

We just won our third in a row and beat every team soundly and you just can’t enjoy it until the morning at least.

when are you ever happy.
When am I ever happy? You don't even know me dude lol. The only person on this thread who seems annoyed is you. I don't have 10k posts on here like you bruh, I celebrate our victories in the real world lol.

Dude we enjoy every win rather soundly or by a miracle..... Trust me..... A fan of the Cowboys, is a fan for life.... People rather love us or hate us..... Envy is a female dog.... When some question a win, it is just those questioning how we won and looking for ways to improve.... Chill and realize, we are all in agreement unless we are not truly fans...

The thing about drop foot is that once it heals, it doesn't come back. If Jaylon was running well in every game last year, his nerve is no longer the issue.
That's the thing, it shouldn't be an issue but he's running exactly the same as when he had the brace on. Whatever the issue is, it's obviously in the same leg.

Thank you Lol I'm just discussing a player who looks off and possibly injured, and the guy wants to talk about fans not being "happy" on a website designed for Dallas Cowboys discussions lol. Who said I wasn't happy?

Actually it is not the same leg but maybe it is him suffering from such that has him pushing the other that is causing the issue..... I watched that gruesome bowl game and I truly though he would never play again.... He has been a true icon on what he has done since.... But everyone need to understand he is dealing with an ACL and MCL tear that destroyed that knee.... Lets not forget the nerve damage...The fact he has done what he has done is unbelievable... He will have off games... But his heart will give you games unexpected too... The man is truly beyond his talent. His heart is much more....

Don't get me wrong, I didn't quote you but I did argue your view, only to say we get what we get from Jaylon.... There will be great days but expect average days as well..... Much like some of you are saying.... I just think his range right now is limited unlike last year.... I think there is an undisclosed issue is all....

I’m honestly worried about our LB core. They were supposed to be the heart of our defense, but they’re routinely getting gashed. Jaylon looks gimp and lost, LVE is uncharacteristically missing tackles, and Lee looks like he’s already retired.

I’m not sure why Joe Thomas isn’t getting more reps

Yessssssss of course it’s great we’re winning... that doesn’t mean there aren’t still valid concerns worthy of discussion

Jaylon has often looked stiff and labored on the run to me.

I was going to give it a few more games...but I am glad the OP said it. When I read thread after thread about him giving us a hometown discount...it left me scratching my head. He seems like a bend but don't break player....rather than a playmaker. When sean lee was in his prime....he MADE plays. When Thomas came in the game...he read...reacted...and stopped a run for no gain. That is what I would expect on a consistent basis from someone who gave us a hometown discount.

There is no doubt he is inspirational and a great story....but he seems like a JAG to me

LVE had a really nice play on the first series IIRC where he knifed through the line for a TFL.

I have no idea what Jaylon is doing here (he’s done this on similar plays this year as well):

I have an idea. He’s causing a fumble on a play where he got totally juked. Not bad. Major splash play out of a negative.
