Yes he had a very similar path as Nick Foles. They carried their teams in college. Tim Tebow was a wrecking crew with anyone they put around him on that offense.

And this year, we had a team built for a Super Bowl run, even moreso than the Eagles were that year they won it all. This year, the Eagles won because of Wentz.

When you realize Dak only has 35 more career rushing attempts too, but 18 MORE rushing TD and 17 FEWER fumbles it really puts some distance.

In what world can you honestly prefer the latter?

Different teams. Different offenses. You also have to factor in Prescott has been healthy his entire time in the NFL whereas Wentz has played 8 less games.

If you average that out he'd have another 15 or so touchdowns as a quarterback to his 97.

The statistics Dak has been able to put up are crazy good for where he was drafted. But, you really can't compare the Eagles team Wentz took over compared to the Dallas team Prescott took over. The Eagles were a dumpster fire.

I would have loved to have Wentz as our quarterback, and I would have given up Ezekiel to do so. As much as I like Prescott our teams would be quite different if the situation was reversed. It's indisputable that Wentz has done much more with less than Prescott. I shudder at the thought of what he could do in our offense, behind our line with our running game, and wide receivers now.

He favors TEs because he has Ertz? This is similar to way back when Wit was a great receiver. Everyone complained about our #2, but in reality Wit is our #2. Jackson was a top target because they played the Commanders, who chose to not cover Jackson.

Wentz excels in the dink and dunk - and I'm not one who thinks that's always a bad thing. Brady is largely a dink and dunk QB who has parlayed yac into the goat title. There's a great skill to picking the right check down and hitting them in stride or where only they can catch the pass.

I think Dak said it best when they asked him about missing the Team passing record by 2 yards "If you can't win, you deserve to be second" Carson had speed. Is it me or has Dak slowed down a bit. He used to be pretty fast.

Wince is the king of check down throws. Everyone knows that. Look at the TE's and #1 RB yards. Ertz has been hurt or his numbers would be higher. Check this out...

Give credit where credit it due. The Eagles seem to come through when the chips are down while the Cowboys fold. Wentz is one of those guys who proved he can put a team on his shoulders and win games. That's what we need out of Dak instead of that miserable performance against the Eagles.

There are two ways to say that:

Sapp says Wentz got 4000 yards and along the way lost his WR1, WR2, WR3, TE, RB1 and RB2.

I could say Wentz finished 9th in passing yardage even though his 3 WRs missed 25 games, his TE missed 1 and two of his RBs missed 22 games.

The Eagles had more injuries than most but the only guys who missed more than half the season were Corey Clement and a 33 year old Desean Jackson who wasn't on their team last year and is four years removed from his last 1000 yard season. Its not like Wentz was playing with his practice squad for the entire year.

some dak fanatic earlier said had wrs not dropped catches from dak, he would have had 6000 yards. If algolor and then goedert caught two catches, eagles are 11-5(falcons and lions game)

hopefully your enthusiasm for a 4th round game manager holds true when he’s holding a clipboard for a team in 2 years .

Yes you don’t know the game. What did Jackson do his first game ever with wentz? Don’t know? 150 yards and 2 touchdowns. Had he had stayed healthy along with Jackson, talks of firing garret would have happened a month ago
