I’m uncertain about the provenance of maintaining a ***** monicker?
How does that work?

I can't believe some fans really care this much about a name...

Worst nickname of any DL by a mile.

Why grown men would like to call themselves HotBoyz is beyond me.

What grown man would want to call themselves the Purple People Eaters? That was as lame as it gets.

Anyone who keeps saying they don't get it, knows zero about rap/street culture. And that's fine. But no need to keep saying you don't get it and its beyond tou is not necessary. You don't relate to their lifestyle and what they listen to. Hot Boys is a term from the late 80 and 90s in New Orleans. It was a term for someone respected in the streets and notorious for selling drugs. One who brings a lot of attention to them by their peers and the cops. Someone who commits a lot of crimes. And then a rap group from New Orleans took the term and made a rap group of it. If you ever heard of Lil Wayne, he was in this group at a young age.

yea- I already knew all of that. I also could have looked up urban dictionary myself thank you.

It is entirely feminine. Shall I give you the other definitions of it from urban dictionary? Should I explain to you that it brings the connotation of being soft and of wanting be called “hot” as a female would like to?

call your friend a HotBoy next time and see how he takes it.

mm could care less about the moniker HOT BOYZ. DFLAW will soon find out that the new HC expect much better from him fast, or he will be benched or traded.
