If I'm Washington, I play to win the game. Build momentum by beating a rival, and don't disrespect your veteran players by tanking the game. Even dropping to 6-7 in the draft puts you in range for a QB like Penix, who I think is the most NFL ready of all the college QBs and is very undervalued right now.
