Phones saved their butts................for now.

Darned the luck, and all I needed was one more punch on my Radio Shack battery club card.

Sears and Radioshack are like cockroaches lol......sooner or later though it really will happen for both.....

I guess we have to remember they use to have tons of money in assets, like a lifeline for them what little is left.

I personally will miss Radio Shack. I'm on my last cell phone upgrade under the Sprint plan: every 2 years if you reup your Sprint plan, phone is free or discounted to almost 10-20% of purchase price.

I went to do the upgrade at the Sprint store and they are all bout leasing their phones now or buying them within the contract. They don't have that program at their kiosk stores or Sprint stores. Radio Shack still does.

So I went back to Radio Shack, got my m8 phone for 99 bucks and I own it outright, but can still turn it in under the same program w/Radio Shack at the end of my service agreement. Needless to say, I'm hoping Radio Shack lasts about another year lol.

I was on a united flight yesterday... most airlines see the exit aisle as a responsibility. Not United, it's extra space, so it's an extra 80 bucks.
