The stats support my argument from the recent weeks. During the years in which he lit the league on fire his YAC was well above 500 yards in a full season. This year, due to the lack of our offensive brain trust to put the guy in position to make plays, his YAC is 351 yards...

It appears they're not throwing him the ball any more often than he was getting it thrown to him in San Fran during those years. If they would have been hitting the slants and crosses earlier this year his YAC would have been in line with those previous years. Sorry.. I couldn't find "drops" but I am sure someone will factor those into this conversation.
