Before Cooper joined the team, Beasley and Hurns had run about the same number of routes. Their production was very different. He was a better down field threat than Cole.
He caught one less TD than Cole.
He only converted his catches at a rate of 5% fewer for first Downs than Cole.
The dude doubled his downfield receptions.
He’s younger. Way cheaper. Already working out back at the star.

Games 1-7
Beasley 184 routes, 33 rec, 350 yds
Hurns 176 routes, 13 rec 158 yds
There saying possibly the Colts who have the most cap in the league...$8.5M?
Who even cares anymore? The FO doesn't care; in fact they probably would be just fine with tanking 2019. We're gonna pass on players who can get us to the next level. Gotta lock up D-Law, who disappeared for half the season. Gotta let Beasley go because he's too expensive, never mind we won't have anyone to get those 1st downs on 3rd and 7 anymore. Bargain bin, process, on and on and on.....
They have enough slots and I dont see them paying Beasley more than EdlemanNew England just seems like a logical fit.
If we aren't going to replace him, we need to overpay him. We'll be 3 and out more often than not without his production, and it looks more than likely we will turn the slot duty over to a guy who has done nothing with us except snap his leg.
New England just seems like a logical fit.
Well we know he wants a long-term deal so that counts out the PatriotsPer 105.3 Beasley news coming out shortly....stay tuned we’ll update on Beasley here.
Only because of his raceNew England just seems like a logical fit.
This is a good fitI’d agree with this. Colts could use him.
Green Bay has been a draft and develop team since 1993. They failed with Terry Glenn and Marcellus BennettMy prediction is Green Bay or New England. Seems like a good fit for either.
