He has to be an upgrade to Vaughan and possibly Weedone....

How do you know Moore can throw it 60 yards? Romo threw it 55 yards in the air to Dez for a 68 yard TD against the Rams last season. He didn't need a running start for it and it also didn't appear that he put everything into that throw. Romo's arm is plenty strong and probably still stronger than Moore's.

Arm strength really is about throwing the deep outs on a rope. Steve Walsh could throw a better deep ball than Aikman.
