That's what's truly unfortunate about this season. We'll likely win just enough games to have a bad draft spot, and the coaching staff will likely be back.

I hate that mentality and exactly how does one tank? Does the owner tell the coach who has a team meeting and say "I want people to drop passes and miss tackles, kick it wide, forget your stats and contracts and how you look, its for the good of the future of the team which you may or may not be on"
