You will hear about it until next week against NY. Ugly frigging game all round...cheap win. You take it and move on but that last drive starting on the 46 and ending with a field goal was something I thought had been purged from Garrett on the road. Who on this board thinks that if the Cowboys needed a touchdown on that drive that they don't get it? A touchdown and all the nonsense at the end of the game is moot...OR...simply handling properly a frigging snap on third and one with 2:24 to play. The whole team needs a kick in the backside and Prescott looked lost...like a typical rookie. Whole lotta stink...but they won...so good for them, but if they pull that crap @ NY they will get their teeth kicked in.

You want a clean kill, but tonight it was more like two people clinging to the side of a cliff, with one person unlucky enough to be the person on the bottom holding on to a belt with no buckle.

I think JG went into a shell so many miscues he went full on conservative.

I can agree with that, but unfortunately there's a vocal fringe element in the fanbase that ignore the blown calls that favor the Cowboys because they're too busy waiting for the next call to feel indignant about.

I agree that the moaning is unbecoming, but I'll say this: even ignoring our games, I've been stunned at how many questionable calls this year are made that seem to fit the narrative one would expect the league would want to play out.

From memorable calls like the Texans/Raiders ball markings, to more run-of-the-mill holding/interference calls. Just seems like a lot of strange calls/non-calls are made during games that help keep scores within one possession.

I've posted that several times over the last couple of years. The calls are usually biased towards keeping the game close. Which means no blowouts, which means fans watch longer, which means more TV advertising revenue to the NFL. If you watch games through that lens, it really seems like 90% of the questionable calls happen in a way to keep the game close.

Is that all they are going to talk about now? One play? The same play where there was a blatant false start on the Vikings that wasn't called? No mention of the numerous phantom calls against us all night long? Is the narrative for this game really going to be that the Vikings were sunk by the refs? Seriously?

Clemmings committed a false start on the play before the Thorton no call, so outrage must go both ways.

On our first possession, their defender hit Dak in the face mask with his hand on 3rd down and there was no flag.

We also had a big run called back by a phantom hold, an int nullified by a bogus hands to the face penalty and had another drive killed by a them calling a clipping when the defender fell down.

If you want to cry about the refs, than lets look at all the big calls that were and wern't made not cherry pick one play.

They didn't call one hold on Minny and they were holding blatantly. Therefore, I don't feel bad for the Vikings when they didn't get that call.
They did call one hold against Minny. It was a super late call once they saw that we got a sack so the penalty was declined. I wanna get a punching bag with a refs face on it.

Oh stop. You act like the Giants are world beaters or something. Point me to any game the Giants have kicked the teeth out of their opponent and won handily. They haven't. And they won't against us.

Some guys get all flustered if every game is not 100% efficient and smooth in every phase. Guess what, bad games happen to any team at any level. And this was our 3rd game in 12 days and we were on the road against maybe the best defense in the league. And still won the game.

The thing most are forgetting is....even if the refs made the call that doesn't mean the Vikes would have converted on the 2 point conversion and gone on to win in OT. So saying that blown call cost them the game isn't true at all.

The Giants have won only won game by more than seven points -- and that was against the Browns (the Giants scored a late TD to win by 14).

Not 100% efficient? Try 1 for 9 on third down...4 fumbles...2 lost...10 penalties for 78 yards...6 punts...and only 26 minutes time of possession. The Giants don't have to be world beaters to beat a team with the aforementioned stat line.

that LT had such a blatant false start that should have been caled, would have offsetting if they called the facemask.
False false start is a pre snap penalty which means it should have been blown feed dead.......no play no off setting penalty

That's what they do when the Cowboys win. You should see my Facebook feed, lots of skins fans(aka butt hurt Cowboys haters) complaining that the refs gave us the game. Really? I guess they tuned in on that last drive.

Just respond with "Dez and Green Bay".................and our screw job was in the freaking playoffs, not the regular season.
