As a few eluded to more or less. Yes they can but will they. Or as been discussed. Do they need to be. If the can just be average. As the offense already is contender quality.

The defense has to be better.

I foresee a defense ranked somewhere in the high teens range.

The biggest question going into this season will be the pass rush.

I think we are going to see an improvement equal to when Nolan was replaced with Dan Quinn. I think more than one player will go from afterthoughts to valuable contributors just based on competent coaching and a new energy.

I think we are going to see an improvement equal to when Nolan was replaced with Dan Quinn. I think more than one player will go from afterthoughts to valuable contributors just based on competent coaching and a new energy.

I feel similarly. There is a baseline where every NFL group should perform on physical talent alone. When they are consistently below that, something else is going on.

I also don't understand how any NFL team can be duped by some of these coaches. They should see very early on that the coaches philosophies, techniques, interaction with others doesn't line up with what has proven successful.

Whether it shows on the field is still the big unknown.

That all comes down to whether at least 2 of the rooks can play at a viable level immediately, and whether we can find 2 CBs who can cover and one WOLB who can bring consistent pressure.

Eberflush was an absolute disaster last year. He clearly didn’t care, why would anyone else care?
