Flyers Stink..
RoyTheHammer;3908474 said:Can't argue with ya there the last 20 games or so. I hope they wake up in time for the playoffs. They were the best team in the Eastern Conference through 3/4ths of the season. Unreal how they just start trying to coast. Time to ramp it up!
SkinsHokieFan;3908604 said:Ryan Miller was simply a beast tonight.
I also have never seen such a lack of urgency that the Flyers displayed in the final 3 minutes of the game.
MTL looks back to the 2010 playoff form. I still think Halak>Price though
RoyTheHammer;3908663 said:Eh. Miller played a fine game, but the Flyers also blew a couple pretty good chances. They let this one slip away, like you said, with a lack of urgency.
I'm just going to say that if we lose this series, i'd seriously start considering moving Richards and/or Carter. Im sick of the party all night crew and how it always seems to transfer over to their lack of hustle on the ice. Carter in particular can GTHO. I've never seen a more talented player care any less than he does most nights.

For me the only series that counts is Canadiens-Bruins. I live in Vancouver so the faster the Canucks go out the better for me but they will probably last a couple of rounds and the people around will make my life miserable. They are having jersey day tomorrow and allegedly only Canuck jerseys can be worn.
I told our COO what will you do if I wear my Canadiens' one?

Bruins Canadians, best rivalry in sports.

what a disgusting embarrassment that was....8-2, really?
At least they are up 3-2 and have 2 games to close this out....also, they are 2-0 in Tampa and only 1-2 in Pittsburgh....game 6 is in Tampa
GO PENS

CanadianCowboysFan;3919539 said:Gionta shot it right at him. If he hits it straight, it's in but he angled it and it went right into Thomas. Great save but not as great as some you see.
Canadiens were 5-1 in elimination games last playoff, hopefully they can pull out another two this year.
Canucks are choking big time and that puts a smile on my face to say the least.

CanadianCowboysFan;3920869 said:oh please, they don't dive anymore than marchand, Bergeron, Recchi, Krecji etc
We just don't have whiner broadcasters like Jack Edwards complaining about it all the time like the Bruins do.
