oh well hockey season is over....time to look to next season.....Crosby and Malkin will be back.....at least the young guys got some playoff experience and really played hard. I am proud of my Pens, even though they blew a 3-1 lead. Aside from the game 5 massacre, they attacked at will....the Lightning goalie was just that darn good this series....he was a wall, especially in game 7.

Didn't expect the Penguins to lose three in a row to lose the series.

Was a sad ending for my Habs but after playing the entire season without our top player, no surprise it ended that way.

How is Paccioretty doing?

Are they thinking about dropping the attempted murder charges? :laugh2:

Only BruinFan would laugh at a guy who had fractured vertebrae

That's alright.. the Flyers are aiming to bust some Bruins skulls themselves.

Only a Habs fan would twist the words to make them mean what they want them to mean.

I'm not laughing at Max. I'm laughing at the idiot fans who flooded the Montreal 911 system to report the attempted murder. I'm laughing at the Montreal police for reporting the investigation was ongoing. I'm laughing at major Canadian corporations like Air Canada whining publicly about it. The Habs and their fans are quickly becoming the laughing stock of the league. They seem to relish it?

Best wishes to Max. I hope he is back in business for the opener next year.

Did you think of me when the Bruins scored their third goal while Halperin was in the room after trying to sell a penalty by running into Ferrance and Hamerlik was flopping around against the boards try to draw the call?

:laugh1: In the end their bush league antics cost them the game.

Oh and... Marc Savard says hello. ;)

Briere has a reputation as a punk because he was one in Buffalo. He still is but now has guys like Richards, Pronger and Hartnell to do his dirty work.

Early picks- Bruins in 7, Caps in 6, Red Wings in 5, Vancouver in 7

Again, Hartnell i'll give you.. even Richards to an extent. Briere? No lol.

Pronger is an enforcer. He doesn't need to take cheap shots, he just buries you. Same with O'Donnell and to a lesser extent, Meszaros.

When did Richards become that type of player?

He can instigate at times, not very often though. Im not saying he's as bad as Hartnell, just saying i could understand how other teams' fans view him that way.

Hamrlik was harpooned in the throat and Ference nailed Halpern in the head.

You really need to stop listening to Jack Edwards.

None of that would have happened if Gregory's dad had just given Chara a one game suspension. We all know the history between Max and Lurch, he pushed him right into the stancion. One game would have calmed the situation but given Gregory is on the Bruins, no way was daddy going to suspend the best player on his son's team.

WOW! You fit the stereotype of the typical habs fan to a T. The "history" is a figment of the imagine of delusional habs fans. I was at the game where the "history" started. Sitting right above the corner where Max cheapshotted Chara AFTER the game ended. Chara gave him a shove and that was about it.

You do know that Colin Campbell does not get involved in issues involving the Bruins because of the conflict of interest, don't you?

This is exactly why the hockey world can't stand the habs. Bunch of whiney pansys who thinks the rest of the league should stand aside and give the LEGENDARY Montreal Canadians was its rightfully theirs! LOL

Good luck with that and good luck on the back nine! :lmao2:

A nudge on a 6'9 inch player is hardly a cheapshot

Anyway, gotta love BruinFan yapping about golf (1972 4 Ever.)

Campbell is Murphy's boss, do you honestly think Murphy will do anything that might upset Greg's dad? Please, stop listening to Jack Edwards, he is clouding your mind.

BTW, spell the team's name correct, it's CanadiEns, not CanadiAns.

Same old same old. :lmao2:

Living in the past. Ignoring reality. Blaming everyone else. Obsession with irrelevant subjects to dull the sting.

This right here ladies and gentleman is a classic example of a typical Candians fan. They boo specific players of the opposition everytime they touch the puck. They boo their own players for having a bad game.

They riot in the streets, looting and overturning cars after winning a FIRST ROUND playoff series.
They are the Eagles fans of the NHL. :laugh2:

Oh, by the way, the Bolts just went up 3-0 on the #1 seed.

I'm hoping for a Tampa Boston ECF.

Tim Thomas and Martin St Louis played together here in Vermont and took UVM to the NCAA finals. Hard to find anything to hate about Tampa.

Great to see them doing so well.

That would be great to see.

Either Boston or Philly is going to be a tough matchup. The Lightning is playing with a lot of speed right now, however I'd like to see the defense tighten up. If it wasn't for Roly, we would've been out of the playoffs early.
